I am familiar with Frank Lucas' story. Although Denzel gave a great performance I was a little disappointed in the way the story was told and the direction they chose to go.

i don't know..but the movie at first was kinda slow yet interesting, at first i was like regreting seeing it, but then i actually liked what i was seeing, it shocked me and i got surprised.
