Because I Said So is a flick to be seen only by the most desperate of chicks—as in mothers desperate to steal some time with their teenaged daughters. Although, any baby boomer females oughtta do.

Night at the Museum kept the partying going, taking the top spot at the North American box office for the third weekend in a row with $24 million. Will Smith's The Pursuit of Happyness from Sony, finished second again with $13 million.

Although Charlotte's Web suffers a little from Babe envy, it is still a very faithful and endearing live-action adaptation of the beloved children’s classic. It's the talking pig movie for the next generation!
