A native of Reno, Nevada, television and film performer Chase Ellison enjoyed the bulk of his early work as a small screen-oriented child star, with series guest roles on programs including Malcolm in the Middle, Seventh Heaven and The Division. Feature credits included the inspirational religious drama End of the Spear (2006), Alan Ball's visceral racially-themed drama Towelhead (2007) and the Dennis Lee-directed, Julia Roberts-headlined family-oriented drama Fireflies in the Garden (2008).
