Charlie Sheen has declared war on his ex Brooke Mueller and the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services in his latest outburst over the couple's ongoing custody battle. The Anger Management star quoted his father Martin's film Apocalypse Now as he insisted he would continue to fight for full custody of the couple's twin sons Bob and Max following Mueller's unsuccessful attempt for a restraining order on Monday (04Nov13).
Referencing the 1979 war epic, Sheen tells TMZ.com, "I am beyond their timid lying morality, therefore I am beyond caring."
He continues, "What my family and I are forced to deal with in the last four years, lives outside the pale of any acceptable conduct or decency. I am battling an amorphous enemy that needs to be swiftly disempowered.
"These crimes against my children will be exposed. These war criminals will be hanged at dusk to a cheering and jeering crowd... The storm is brewing. Their roofs are leaking. I am the Tsunami your mommy warned you about your whole childhood. All of you renegade deplorable pigs are marked for slaughter."
Socialite Mueller and Sheen separated in 2010 after two years of marriage, but Mueller lost custody of the children in May (13) after overdosing on crystal methamphetamine. She was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold and the boys were put in the custody of Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards, but Mueller is now seeking full custody.
Charlie Sheen has fired back at his ex-wife Brooke Mueller in a series of posts on Twitter.com, following her failed attempt to secure a temporary restraining order against him. On Monday (04Nov13), Mueller filed an emergency request to a Los Angeles court to prohibit the former Two and a Half Men star from coming in close proximity to her, but a judge denied the petition and instead set a hearing in December (13) for the former couple to return to court.
On Tuesday (05Nov13), Sheen took to the microblogging site to share some unkind words for his ex-wife and her failed legal actions.
He wrote, "Oh, by the way, nice try this morning Brooke. You are a chubby weirdo who will lose at every turn trying to get between me and my boys."
Muller's emergency restraining order request came days after Sheen's bizarre appearance on U.S. gossip show TMZ Live on Friday (01Nov13), in which he vented his frustration after learning the recovering addict could gain full custody of their twin sons Bob and Max after completing her latest stint in a drug rehabilitation facility.
On the show, he claimed he would "empty his 'war chest'" on Mueller and that there would be "a reckoning", which Mueller cited as reasons to enforce the restraining order.
The former couple's twins have been under the temporary care of Sheen's second wife, Denise Richards, since May (13), when Mueller was stripped of custody and admitted to a rehab clinic.
However Richards recently penned a letter to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), informing authorities that she can no longer care for the boys.
Actress Denise Richards is no longer willing to take care of her ex-husband Charlie Sheen's twins with Brooke Mueller amid allegations the boys' behaviour is out of control. The former Bond girl was granted temporary guardianship of four-year-old Bob and Max after bosses at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) stripped Mueller of her custody rights and prompted her to check into a drug rehabilitation facility in May (13).
At the time, Richards insisted she was happy to have the boys bond with their half-sisters, Lola and Sam - her young daughters with Sheen, but it appears she has since had a change of heart.
She has penned a letter to the DCFS informing authorities that she can no longer care for the boys after they allegedly began harming her pet dogs and bullying her daughters.
According to TMZ.com, Richards claimed the twins would often go into a "zombie-like state" and reportedly kick her dogs in the head and cause them pain. They have also been accused of targeting Lola, Sam and their adopted baby sister Eloise, allegedly strangling, kicking, scratching, slapping and punching the girls.
Richards even alleges one incident sent Sam to the doctor after Bob threw a toy in her face, and she suspects the bad behaviour is connected to time spent with Mueller, suggesting they frequently turn violent after returning from visits with their mother.
The claims made in the lengthy letter back up similar allegations made by Sheen in a candid interview with gossip show TMZ Live last week (01Nov13), when he suggested Mueller had damaged the twins emotionally because they suffered night terrors after every visit with their mum.
Mueller is now seeking to have Sheen held in contempt of court for discussing her drug problems in the media, a violation of their 2011 divorce settlement.
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller has asked a judge to hold the actor in contempt of court after alleging he violated the terms of their divorce deal by discussing her drug problems with a media outlet. The former Two and a Half Men star lashed out at Mueller and officials at America's Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) in a candid interview on U.S. gossip show TMZ Live on Friday (01Nov13), venting his frustration after learning the recovering addict could gain full custody of their twin sons Bob and Max after completing her latest stint in a drug rehabilitation facility.
During the rant, he reportedly claimed the former real estate agent, who spent Friday night with her boys for the first time in months, had damaged the four-year-old twins emotionally, and alleged that they suffered night terrors after every visit with their mother.
The accusations have infuriated Mueller and her lawyers have now issued a subpoena to TMZ editors to hand over the footage so they can present it as evidence in court to prove that Sheen broke the terms of their 2011 divorce settlement, in which he agreed to "not disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Brooke's alleged drug usage".
If Sheen is found to be in contempt of court, he is likely to have his visitation with the kids restricted and could even face jail.
The news comes just a day after Mueller was denied a request for an emergency restraining order against Sheen as the former couple continues to fight over the custody of their kids. She will argue her case for a protective order again next month (Dec13).
Mueller and Sheen have been fighting over their kids since splitting in 2010 after two years of marriage.

She spent Friday night (01Nov13) with her kids for the first time in months, and has since revealed plans to regain full custody - but the news angered Sheen and he launched into a Twitter.com rant that morning to slam officials at America's Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) for their handling of the case.
He unleashed another tirade against Mueller during an interview on U.S. gossip show TMZ Live last week (ends01Nov13), when he warned there will be a "reckoning" after accusing the recovering addict of putting their boys' lives in danger by allegedly using illegal substances while they were in her care.
He added, "I will exercise every resource at my disposal. I will, I will, I will, I will empty my entire war chest and if I can't get it done, I know a guy who can."
His fiery comments reportedly prompted authorities to ban him from visiting his boys back at Richards' house on Saturday (02Nov13), and prompted Mueller to file court papers for an immediate protective order.
Her motion was rejected by a Los Angeles judge on Monday (04Nov13), although she has been given another opportunity to argue her case at a hearing next month (Dec13), reports TMZ.com.

Charlie Sheen was reportedly denied access to his two sons on Saturday (02Nov13). According to editors at TMZ.com, officials were annoyed with Sheen after he slammed bosses at the governmental department as inept in their handling of his sons and claimed their mother Brooke Mueller could regain custody of the boys.
Bob and Max, who were removed from Mueller's care in May (13) after she was put on an involuntary psychiatric hold for overdosing on crystal methamphetamine, spent their first night with her on Friday (01Nov13) after her release from rehab.

It has emerged Mueller could regain custody of their sons Bob and Max after completing a drug rehabilitation program, and Sheen is furious at the prospect.
In a message posted on the microblogging website on Friday (01Nov13), in reference to the previous night's Halloween celebrations, he writes, "Last night (31Oct13) was awesoem (sic)! I went as an officer from DCFS (child protection srvc (services)) because that's about as sane as these inept and retarded doosh (sic) bags seem when dealing with my sons bob and max.
"It's an abhorrent d**k dance that has NOTHING to do (with) protecting any child. Instead they are swayed by the evil and pathetic uber loser w**re that calls herself Brooke. There will be a reckoning. There will be a whirlwind, that they will all reap while desperate (sic) begging for my forgiveness. You've all been warned."

It’s still uncertain whether or not there has been any child star that has come into adulthood unscathed, but what’s for sure is that stage parents are rarely ever as perfect as they make themselves out to be.
Here are 9 stage parents that will have you calling your mom tonight and telling her that you love her.
Dina & Michael Lohan A list about celeb parents gone wild would never be complete without the Lohans. Where to even start? In one side of the ring we have Dina Lohan, who has been blatantly freeloading off of Lindsay since she first shot to fame. Claims of being a Rockette (which she never was), a reality show, dodgy photos of her kinda-sorta making out with her own daughter (EW), showing up under the influence of WTF on Dr. Phil’s show, publicly sparring with her ex-husband, partying with Lindsay, and now a glorious DWI just weeks after Lindsay was released from rehab are some of the accomplishments Dina has under her belt. On the other side of the ring is Michael Lohan – over 6 years in jail, DUIs, random children with even randomer women, being violent towards his girlfriends, and talking to the press about how he’s not talking to the press anymore are some of Michael’s accomplishments. With parents like these, is it any wonder why Lindsay is the way she is?
Courtney Love Courtney Love is a hot mess and that title definitely passes over to her parenting skills. She was a shady parent from the start, admitting to Vanity Fair in 1992 that she took heroin while she was pregnant, though she stopped once she discovered she was with child. Love’s relationship with her daughter Frances has been plagued with drug overdoses, crazy Twitter rants, losing custody, restraining orders, and alleging that Dave Grohl hit on her daughter. It’s safe to assume that CPS was on speed dial for majority of Frances’ first eighteen years.
Charlie Sheen Charlie Sheen, Father. If those 3 words don’t strike fear in your heart, then little else will. Sheen may be winning life with his warlock tiger blood, but he sure isn’t winning any fatherhood acclaim. After he split up with Denise Richards in 2005, the couple had no problem airing out their dirty laundry for the world to see, which included the earth-shattering surprise that Sheen visited prostitutes and Sheen, the ever-romantic, threatening to kill Richards. The situation was replayed when Sheen and Brooke Mueller divorced in 2010, with Mueller getting a restraining order against Sheen for making “descriptive” threats to her. If that’s “winning,” being a loser sounds pretty awesome right now.
Jaid Barrymore Drew Barrymore comes from a long line of esteemed and troubled actors, but it’s her mom that gets most of the slack when it comes to her. Drew is a paradigm for reformed wild child, and majority of her problems stemmed from her own mother teaching her how to party. Jaid allegedly took Drew to Studio 54 before Drew could even walk. Drew was smoking and drinking by 9, doing cocaine by 13, and had gone to rehab twice by the time she was 14. Luckily, Drew divorced her parents when she was 15 and ended up turning out better than ok.
Joe Jackson It’s no secret that Joe Jackson always had a bad relationship with his children, namely Michael, but he reminded us all exactly how low he’d go after Michael’s death in 2009. Joe used Michael’s death as a publicity vehicle, using events commemorating MJ’s career to promote his own business ventures. He also blamed Katherine Jackson for Michael’s death, because that’s just the kind of stand-up guy he is. Joe complained about the fact that Katherine couldn’t stop crying after losing her son, admitting, “I didn’t give her a hug because I was mad at her crying.” Sociopathic much?
Kris Jenner We can all thank Kris Jenner for unleashing the Krazy Kardashian Klan upon us. Though they claim to love each other dearly and be a close family unit, it’s pretty easy to see that Kris Jenner has the entire family by the proverbial balls. Kris all but admitted to brokering Kim’s sex tape, saying on an early episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, “As a mother, I wanted to kill her. But as a manager, I knew I had a job to do.” Kris also encouraged Kim to pose for Playboy in 2007, even though Kim was uncomfortable with the prospect. There’s also the fact that she had no qualms about her barely teenaged daughters dancing on a stripper pole (in her own house, no less).
Linda & Hulk Hogan The Hogan Family is basically Days of Our Lives with more peroxide and less Stefano, and at the center of it all is poor Brooke Hogan. First, Hulk Hogan cheated on Linda Hogan with one of Brooke’s female friends. Then, in a totally non-attempt to get back at Hulk, Linda ran off with one of Brooke’s male friends. If all that wasn’t bad enough, a sex tape of Hulk and Heather Clem, the estranged wife of Bubba the Love Sponge (yes, that’s what someone chooses to call themself) was suspiciously leaked onto the interwebs. Hulk may be a WWE superstar, but nobody wanted to see that. It’s one thing when celebs leak sex tapes, but celeb parents leaking sex tapes is a whole other shade of embarrassing.
Ryan O’Neal If there’s a perfect example of why people should have to be tested for competency before they become parents, Ryan O’Neal is it. Ryan is the reason why his son, Redmond, is also a drug addict, with the 2 of them sharing a touching father-son arrest for felony meth possession in 2008. His daughter, Tatum, also alleged claims of physical and emotional abuse on his part in her memoir and she’s no stranger to drug arrests either. Making things worse is the fact that Ryan admitted to hitting on Tatum at Farrah Fawcett’s funeral, stating, “I was just trying to be funny with a strange Swedish woman, and it's my daughter. It's so sick." At least we all agree on one thing, Ryan.
Chrisoula Workman The latest recruit in the Crazy Stage Parents Club is Chrisoula Workman, mother of Modern Family star Ariel Winter. In 2012, reports emerged that Ariel had been removed from her home due to her mother abusing her physically and emotionally. Ariel lived with her older sister Shannelle, who was also removed from the house by the Department of Children and Family Services and even lived in foster care for a while. Some of the things Chrisoula was accused of include name-calling, insults about weight, trying to ‘sexualize’ the then-14 year old, and even depriving Ariel of food. Instead of trying to solve her family’s problems, Chrisoula went all out on the offensive, spreading rumors about her daughter wanting to shack up with an 18-year-old and telling a judge not to believe Ariel, saying, “She’s an actress so I’m sure she can cry at the drop of a hat.” Wow. Hey Chrisoula, there’s this great guy that’s just perfect for you named Joe Jackson...

Charlie Sheen has slashed his monthly child support to his former wife Brooke Mueller in half. The actor reportedly provided $55,000 (£36,666)-a-month in support to Mueller but has managed to successfully cut it by more than 50 per cent to $25,000 (£16,600) as their twin sons remain in the care of Sheen's second wife, Denise Richards.
The four-year-old boys, Bob and Max, were taken from the socialite in May (13) when she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after overdosing on drugs.
A source tells Radaronline, "A deal was made out of court between Charlie and Brooke's lawyers, which involved a mediator. The new child support payment is $25,000 a month, since the twins, Bob and Max, aren't living with Brooke.
"If the judge in child dependency court gives the boys back to Brooke, Charlie will immediately begin paying her the full $55,000 a month."
Charlie Sheen has become a grandfather at the age of 47. The Wall Street star's daughter, Cassandra Estevez, has given birth to a baby girl named Luna and the former Hollywood wild man is overjoyed.
He tells TMZ.com, "It's impossibly a most wondrous day."
Little Luna is 28-year-old Estevez's first child with her husband Casey Huffman.
Estevez's mother is Sheen's former high school girlfriend, Paula Profit. The actor has four other young children from his failed marriages to Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.
