Even though you can predict what happens, 21 is still fairly compelling for a movie about counting cards at a blackjack table.

Less flash, more grit, The Order of the Phoenix is definitely the most introspective of the Harry Potter movies. If you’re expecting fast-paced wizardry action at every turn, however, you might be disappointed.

Hostel: Part II gives new (and quite literal) meaning to a “bloodbath”--but not much else. Don’t worry, though. It doesn’t mean you won’t still walk out of there wanting to perform a castration or two.

There’s no reinvention of the wheel in this made-for-video-game movie, but Smokin' Aces is filthily good fun for (primarily) guys--and, no, it’s not Quentin Tarantino lite. The only thing that's "lite" is the story.
