Jane split from his wife, Emmy winner Patricia Arquette, in 2010 and their divorce was finalised last year (11), and now the 43 year old appears to have moved on from the failed marriage with Portuguese beauty Labaredas.
The pair arrived at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel to catch a screening of Shut Up and Play the Hits last week (17Jul12) and a source tells the New York Post, "They were holding hands and looked close."
Jane was last linked to The Secret Life of the American Teenager star Renee Olstead.
In new papers filed in California and obtained by TMZ.com, prosecutors have suggested Christopher Chaney should have to pay up for invading the privacy of stars.
Chaney has pleaded guilty to nine cyber hacking-related felonies, and now the authorities have weighed in on his sentencing, suggesting the guilty party should serve 71 months behind bars and pay restitution to some of his victims.
The suggested amounts include $7,500 (£4,680) to Christina Aguilera, $66,179.46 (£41,400) to Johansson and $76,767.35 (£47,980) to actress Renee Olstead.
Chaney will be sentenced on 23 July (12).
As of today, Scarlett Johansson has a much bigger issue on her hands than not being in enough fight scenes in The Avengers. It is being reported that several nude photos of her have hit the internet (I'm not going to link to them -- you can't make me, etc etc), but whether or not they are authentic remains unclear. TMZ claims they've spoken with a source close to Johansson, and who revealed that she plans to contact the FBI this morning because she believes the release of the photos is "a criminal act." (That kinda seems to confirm that the photos are real, does it not?)
Back in March, TMZ published a list of celebrities who hackers had stolen "compromising pictures" from, and some of the victims of the scheme included Vanessa Hudgens, Ali Larter, Busy Phillips, Miley Cyrus, Emma Caulfield, Addison Timlin, Renee Olstead, and of course, Scarlett Johansson. Hudgens was the second one on the list have her photos released (the first was Olstead) and on March 17th, 2011 (the day after she learned she was hacked), Hudgens was seen meeting with the FBI in Century City, CA. Two days later, Radar Online stated the blogger who the FBI believed was responsible for collaborating with the hackers "went underground," shut down his site and deleted his social networking pages.
Pretty sure he's back now, though.

The Punisher star, 42, ended his four-year marriage with wife Patricia Arquette last summer (10) and subsequently embarked on a relationship with 21-year-old Olstead.
The couple went public with the romance in January (11) when they arrived at the Golden Globe Awards together, but the stars called it quits earlier this month (Apr11), according to America's Star magazine.
