Model and actress Kelly Brook has broken her silence about the latest nude celebrity hacking scandal, almost a month after she became a victim of tech crooks who have leaked candid shots of stars like Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton. As FBI agents continue with an investigation into the photo scandal, Brook has joined the likes of fellow victims Lawrence, Meagan Good and Mary Elizabeth Winstead in speaking out about the "sex crime".
In a tweet posted on Thursday (09Oct14), Brook writes, "My Lawyer is currently dealing with 18 Women who have all had their iCloud hacked. It is a Sex Crime and a complete invasion of Privacy.
"We will find this person and they will be prosecuted. Not having it. Some very young innocent women have been targeted it's so wrong."
Cyber criminals have been releasing the explicit snaps in waves since late August (14), when private pictures of stars were stolen from cloud storage accounts and posted online.
Scarlett Johansson, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Winona Ryder, Gabrielle Union and Vanessa Hudgens are also among the famous females who have also been targeted in recent weeks, and now former Doctor Who Matt Smith and Hulk Hogan's son Nick have become the first guys linked to the scandal.
Gavin Rossdale's model daughter Daisy Lowe and her ex-boyfriend, former Doctor Who star Matt Smith, have become the latest victims of Hollywood's latest nude photo hacking scandal.
Cyber criminals have been releasing the explicit snaps in waves since late August (14), when private pictures of stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Kirsten Dunst were stolen from cloud storage accounts and posted online.
Scarlett Johansson, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Winona Ryder, Gabrielle Union and Vanessa Hudgens are among the famous females who have also been targeted in recent weeks, and now Lowe and Smith's names have been added to the growing victims' list.
A slew of images purportedly featuring the former couple naked appeared on a website on Thursday (09Oct14), under the title, Daisy Lowe Leaked Nude (sic). The photos appear to show Lowe and Smith posing seductively in the mirror of a hotel bathroom and are believed to be at least a year old as the stars called off their rekindled romance last year (13).
The ex-couple, which has yet to comment on the photo leak, previously dated for 18 months before parting ways in 2011.
Lowe is Rossdale's 25-year-old daughter from his previous relationship with British singer Pearl Lowe.
The latest stolen pictures emerge days after Lawrence broke her silence about the embarrassing scandal, branding it a "disgusting sex crime" and urged lawmakers to change legislation to prosecute those responsible.
Agents from America's FBI have been called in to investigate the leak, while a lawyer representing a number of the female victims has urged bosses of Internet search engine Google to help remove the remaining nude snaps from the web.
Former Doctor Who Matt Smith has signed on to star in the movie adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's novel Pride & Prejudice & Zombies. Smith has joined a cast that includes Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston, Bella Heathcote and Douglas Booth. The actor will play a suitor for the film's heroine Liz Bennett, portrayed by James. The film and Smith's book are both based on Jane Austen's classic Pride and Prejudice.
The off-Broadway adaptation of American Psycho has hit a roadblock after the show's commercial backers pulled out of the musical. The Second Stage Theatre production was slated to debut next year (15), but bosses at the the company have since opted not to move forward with the production.
A statement from Artistic Director Carole Rothman reads, "We are disappointed that we will not be producing American Psycho this season, but the rights holders, Act 4 Entertainment, have decided to not move forward with the production at Second Stage.
"We will be announcing a new production in its place in the coming weeks."
Benjamin Walker was set to to play serial killer Patrick Bateman in the Second Stage Theatre adaptation of Bret Easton Ellis' controversial 1991 novel. The cancellation could suggest backers are planning to move forward with a full Broadway run.
The musical, written by Duncan Sheik and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, won rave reviews during a sold-out run in London's West End earlier this year (14). It featured former Doctor Who Matt Smith.

Our favorite segment of Jimmy Kimmel Live! came back last night to celebrate the first game of the NFL season. Jimmy Kimmel introduced us to "Mean Tweets - NFL Edition," and it's easily the best edition of "Mean Tweets" we've seen yet on the show (except for Jimmy's own tweet about Matt Damon). Twitter users do not spare any feelings in this round of tweets.
Check out the hilarious sketch below:
Good on these athletes to take these insults so well, we can't imagine it's easy reading hateful things about yourself. But they were able to laugh along with the rest of us at the ridiculous things people will say on Twitter.
Some of our favorites are:
"F**K YOU DWIGHT FREENEY. I HOPE YOUR FOOT RIPS OFF IN THIS GAME YOU D**K."
"DeSean Jackson seems like no matter how much money he makes he won't stop shopping at Express."
"Isn't Steve Smith like 50 years old?"
- "No, actually I'm 35" (direct quote from Steve Smith)
"Did Brandon Marshall really cry in his post game interview?? Grow some balls bro."
But the best Mean Tweet (and reaction) of them all was:

New Doctor Who Peter Capaldi got some helpful tips on how to cope with the pressure of the iconic role from a very useful source - previous Time Lords Matt Smith and David Tennant. The Scottish actor, 56, took over from Smith, 31, in the hit sci-fi TV series last year (13) and his full debut as the time-travelling adventurer aired in the U.K. and U.S. last weekend (23-24Aug14).
He had previously told how landing the part was a childhood dream come true, but now he has confessed he was secretly terrified of taking on the role and received some wise words of advice from a previous and much younger incumbent.
Capaldi tells British newspaper The Sun, "I think I would have found this difficult when I was Matt's age. At that age, I was less assured as an actor than he is and not so in touch with my skills. I was watching him the other night in an old episode - he has such a magic and wisdom about him. And he's been a big help to me. Both he and David Tennant have been tremendously helpful."

George Clooney has been named Hollywood's most-gracefully ageing male for refusing to dye his greying hair.
The Ocean's Eleven star, 53, topped a list of Tinseltown's leading 'MAGs' - Men Ageing Gracefully - in a survey by a leading U.K. hair transplant centre. His close pal Brad Pitt, 50, came second in the list of male stars who have stayed sexy with age, and Johnny Depp, 51, was placed third.
The top five was rounded out by James Bond hunk Daniel Craig, 46, and Australian star Hugh Jackman, 45.
The survey of 1,000 movie fans was conducted on behalf of the Crown Clinic in Manchester, England and featured dozens of male stars over 40 who have embraced ageing.
Crown Clinic surgeon Asim Shahmalak says, "Clooney is a worthy winner. He has been a global sex symbol for 20 years and he has just as many female fans now as when he first emerged on (TV series) ER. He has happily embraced middle age and looks just as sexy as a brooding silver fox as he did as a hunky young doctor in his breakthrough role. "What is striking about the survey is that every single 'MAG' has a full head of hair. It's a sad fact but nothing ages a man like losing his hair. (This) survey shows that baldness can age a man by as much as 10 years."
The rest of the top ten featured Matt Damon, Matthew McConaughey, Will Smith, Sean Penn, and Colin Firth.

New Doctor Who Peter Capaldi received a huge vote of confidence from U.S. fans of the sci-fi show on Thursday (14Aug14) when he attended a premiere event for the new season. The Scottish actor, who has taken over Time Lord duties from Matt Smith, joined co-star Jenna Coleman and writer Steven Moffat at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York, and thousands of eager fans were there to greet him.
Capaldi's official debut as the new Doctor, which will hit TV screens later this month (Aug14), became a hot ticket item when all 900 seats for the premiere screening sold out in less than one minute.
The actor, who posed for photos with fans on the Tardis-blue carpet, revealed how he prepared to play an iconic TV character, explaining, "Once I became the Doctor, I invited Matt to lunch to discuss the role and he arrived on crutches. I said, 'What happened to you?' and he said, 'The show, mate'."
He added, "Matt Smith and (former Doctor Who) David Tennant have both been very kind and helpful to me. I often talk to them and text them and ask for advice. It's a very small club, we talk about stuff that only doctors can talk about."
Capaldi made a brief appearance on the BBC's highest-rated series in November (14) as part of the show's 50th anniversary episode.
Capaldi and Coleman kicked off the first ever global Doctor Who tour earlier this month (Aug14) and they will also make stops in London, Seoul, Sydney, Mexico City and Rio de Janeiro to promote the show.
Actor Benjamin Walker has reportedly been cast as the lead of the upcoming Broadway musical American Psycho. The Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter star has been tapped to play serial killer Patrick Bateman in the stage adaptation of Bret Easton Ellis' controversial 1991 novel, according to Deadline.com.
The musical, written by Duncan Sheik and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, recently achieved a sold-out run in London's West End and featured former Doctor Who Matt Smith in his stage debut.
Walker is no stranger to Broadway - last year (13), he starred alongside Scarlett Johansson in the revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, and also played the title role in the musical Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson.
