Kim Kardashian has taken to Twitter.com to clear up reports suggesting she was pulled over by police on Monday (28Jul14), revealing she was actually reporting an over-eager paparazzo. Photos of the reality TV star, who is married to Kanye West, appeared online on Monday, and bloggers and gossips alike suggested she had broken a traffic law while driving - but she insists she was the one who called the police.
Kardashian tweets, "There's this pic online of me talking to cops telling them I'm being followed by a crazy driver. BUT.... the headline reads I AM the one getting pulled over...NOT TRUE. All of the paprazzi (sic) got pulled over instead."
Rapper French Montana has his record label boss Sean 'Diddy' Combs to thank for introducing him to his new girlfriend, reality TV star Khloe Kardashian. The Pop That hitmaker went public with his romance with Kim Kardashian's younger sister earlier this year (14) and he helped her celebrate her 30th birthday last month (Jun14) by showering her with $100,000 (£58,824)-worth of gifts, including a brand new SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle).
They conducted their first joint interview together on Thursday (24Jul14), when they appeared on New York's Power 105 radio station with host Angie Martinez, and Montana admitted mutual friend Combs played matchmaker for the pair.
He said, "Khloe's cool as hell. Puff (Combs) is the one who put us together."
The rapper also revealed he will be making a number of appearances on his girlfriend's family reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, alongside Khloe's new brother-in-law Kanye West, adding, "They called me a couple of times for the new season, they got me. They got Kanye on there (too)."
West wed Khloe's sister Kim in May (14).
Khloe's relationship with Montana is her first since filing for divorce from her sports star husband Lamar Odom in December (13).
"Our baby girl finished one week of swimming lessons today then took her 1st steps right when she got out of the pool!!!! Mommy & Daddy are so proud of you!!!!" Socialite Kim Kardashian gushes over her one-year-old daughter North West's milestone accomplishment. Kim and husband Kanye West are currently on holiday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Kanye West used his wedding speech to compare the troubles facing modern celebrities to the injustices suffered by African-Americans during the fight for civil rights in the U.S. in the 1960s.
The rapper married reality TV star Kim Kardashian in Florence, Italy in May (14), and he has now revealed he turned his wedding toast into an impassioned plea for the rights of the famous.
West compared the issues facing his family, including being photographed regularly and appearing in gossip columns, to the discrimination against black citizens in America in the early 20th century and the civil rights fight throughout the 1950s and 1960s.
The Stronger hitmaker tells GQ magazine, "What I talked about in it (my wedding speech) was the idea of celebrity, and celebrities being treated like blacks were in the '60s, having no rights, and the fact that people can slander your name. I said that in the toast. And I had to say this in a position where I, from the art world, am marrying Kim. And how we're going to fight to raise the respect level for celebrities so that my daughter can live a more normal life. She didn't choose to be a celebrity. But she is. So I'm going to fight to make sure she has a better life."
West went on to insist mocking stars is also a form of discrimination and he is rallying against it, adding, "I'm fighting (for my rights) with the way I line my words up together and the way I place a sweater on top of a T-shirt... People know I'm smart. And people know that, whether it's SNL (Saturday Night Live) or Jimmy Kimmel (U.S. TV show), it's a trend to take the p**s out of celebrity - just as much of a trend as wearing a grey hoodie or driving a Prius."
"It doesn't even matter to me whatsoever, who would show up. Because the most important person to show up there, to me, was Kim. And that's all that matters to me. I had to fight for that for seven years... Kim is this girl who f**king turns me on. I love her. This is who I want to be next to and be around." Rapper Kanye West insists he wasn't angered that close friends Jay Z and Beyonce snubbed his Italian wedding to reality star Kim Kardashian in May (14).
Lana Del Rey's bizarre behaviour continued during a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine, when she insisted she wasn't worthy of becoming a cover girl for the publication. Just weeks after she accused a British journalist of manipulating a chat for The Guardian, during which she announced she wished she was dead, the Summertime Sadness star has stunned another reporter by insisting someone else should have been given the honour of fronting the respected music bible.
After trying to cancel her interview with senior writer Brian Hiatt, Del Rey told him, "I'm not sure if they should run this story. I feel like maybe we should wait until there's something good to talk about. You know? I just wish you could write about something else.
"There has to be someone else to be the cover story. Like, there has to be. Anybody."
Ironically, Del Rey is the perfect cover girl for Rolling Stone - after performing on the eve of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's wedding, she topped charts all over the world with her new album Ultraviolence.
During the Rolling Stone interview, the singer also revisited her "wish I was dead" comments, stating, "Well, I feel f**king crazy, but I don't think I am. People make me feel crazy... I find that most people I meet figure I kind of want to kill myself anyway."

Kim Kardashian's lawyer has challenged an imprisoned convict to take a lie detector test amid allegations he bedded the reality TV star while she was engaged to basketball player Kris Humphries. Andrey Hicks claims he is in possession of an email Kardashian allegedly sent him in 2011, when she acknowledged the alleged affair in Monaco and admitted it was "a mistake".
However, legal eagle Marty Singer is convinced the note is a fake and he has fired off a scathing letter to Hicks, who openly refers to himself a "greedy capitalist who went to jail for a greedy scheme".
In the message, obtained by editors at TMZ.com, Singer blasts Hicks as "a swindling convict and a liar" and encourages the prisoner to take a polygraph test.
Kardashian wed Humphries in August, 2011 after a whirlwind romance, but she moved to end the marriage just 72 days later. The divorce was granted last year (13), four months before she became engaged to rapper Kanye West. They exchanged vows in Italy in May (14).
