It took a few more projects and four more years before she landed the breakout role of a spunky surfer in Blue Crush. With her comely face and rock-hard body, the blonde beauty cut quite a figure in her bikini, yet she also managed to charm critics with her spirited performance. While gaining credibility in indie films (her gritty turn as a porn star's underage lover in Wonderland), the pretty starlet simultaneously courted the teen set (the romantic comedy Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!) and embarked on a tabloid-ready, on-again/off-again romance with fellow up-and-comer Orlando Bloom.
