Primarily known for playing one role Joey Tribbiani, the dopey aspiring actor from the decade-long sitcom Friends and its less successful spin-off, Joey LeBlanc started out as a model. After appearing in a succession of popular TV commercials, he transitioned to acting and starred in a succession of failed sitcoms before hitting it big on Friends in 1994. Although he's made occasional forays onto the big screen, LeBlanc seems content to remain a small-screen celebrity. In 2006, he stumbled both personally and professionally when his sitcom Joey was canceled and he and his wife divorced.
