This spunky member of the Arquette acting dynasty — which includes her grandfather Cliff, father Lewis, and siblings Rosanna, Alexis, Richmond and David — landed her first roles while still a teen, mostly in B-movies. Her impressive turn as an innocent hooker in 1993's True Romance jump-started her career and led to her work with A-list directors such as Tim Burton, Martin Scorsese and David Lynch. The '00s started slow for Arquette, but kicked into high gear in 2005, when she signed on to her first TV series, Medium, as a wife and mom who happens to have psychic powers, a role that won her an Emmy. Off-screen, Arquette was formerly married to her Bringing Out the Dead costar Nicolas Cage before tying the knot with her long-time boyfriend, actor Thomas Jane, in 2006.
