SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 26, 2000 -- Who said "Wild Wild West" didn't deserve any awards? On this Oscar weekend, the overblown, undercooked Will Smith action-comedy got exactly what it deserved: five Razzies. "Wild Wild West" Yes, the critically unacclaimed summer smash was tops among all, um, winners at the 20th Annual Razzies, "dis-honoring" the worst in film, as they say. The bad-movie-watchin' folks at the Golden Raspberry Foundation unveiled their picks for '99 on Saturday. They als

HOLLYWOOD, June 15, 2000 -- The world may be safe yet for another "Saturday Night Live" knock-off flick. Word today is that Mike Myers is being lured back to the botched "Dieter" project by promises of a better script (not to mention an assist from peacemaker Steven Spielberg). Myers walked on the film last month and was subsequently sued by Universal Pictures last week. "Dieter" is based on Myers' old "SNL" sketch "Sprockets." The formation of Spider-Man Merchandising L.P. was announced at an invitation-only meeting at UCLA, attended by hundreds of companies interested in licensing Spider-Man tie-in stuff when the

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 14, 2000 -- Hollywood types hope their best work will be remembered when that other awards show announces its nominees Tuesday. But unfortunately, their worst work won't be forgotten either, not if the Golden Raspberry Awards Foundation has anything to say about it. At least "Wild Wild West" knows it won't walk away honor-less. Last summer's Will Smith stinker, along with the blockbuster "Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace", topped the nominations for the 20t
