The Tron: Legacy star has been linked to eligible bachelors such as Justin Timberlake and Bradley Cooper since filing for divorce from Italian prince Tao Ruspoli in March (11), and she was alleged to have embarked on a relationship with Pine after working with him on upcoming film Welcome to People.
Reports suggested the new couple was seen dining together at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles last week (ends03Jul11) - but Wilde insists gossips have it all wrong.
Taking to her Twitter.com blog, she writes, "Strange to hear I was on a date at a restaurant I've never been to. But I trust my doppleganger (sic) had a blast. Hope she doesn't rob any banks."

Wilde is now reportedly dating her Welcome to People co-star Pine after they were spotted enjoying an intimate dinner together at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles last week (ends03Jul11).
A source tells New York Post gossip column PageSix the pair "looked very cozy at a table".

She was linked to Cooper after the movie stars were spotted together at an after-party for The Hangover Part II premiere in New York last month (May11), with a source telling Us Weekly, "They're definitely hooking up."
But Wilde's representative has since told GossipCop.com the two stars are "friends only", and the actress has taken to her Twitter.com page to further dispel the dating speculation.
She jokes, "I think Us Weekly has the same sources who promised us WMDs (weapons of mass destruction) in Iraq."
The Tron: Legacy star was among the first celebrity aid volunteers to travel to the Caribbean nation in the aftermath of the 2010 earthquake, which left Haiti devastated, and she admits the journey was an "amazing" experience.
Now, she's heading back to make a film about a group of young survivors.
She tells America's Glamour magazine, "I'm going to Haiti to work on a documentary about a Little League team."
The actress is hoping to turn the trip into an extended vacation, although she's hesistant to leave so soon after purchasing her first home following her marriage split.
She says, "I'm thinking about travelling, but I should stay in one place. I just bought a house (in Los Angeles)."
Wilde filed for divorce from Italian prince Tao Ruspoli earlier this year (11) after eight years of marriage.
The Tron: Legacy star eloped with Italian prince Tao Ruspoli when she was just 19; she filed for divorce in March (11), citing irreconcilable differences for the split.
Wilde admits her Hollywood success and hectic schedule ultimately drove the couple apart and the decision to part ways was an amicable, if difficult, one.
She tells America's Glamour magazine, "It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do... We got engaged at Burning Man (music festival) and married on a school bus. We were not conventional.
"I think the promise we always made was that if we are no longer happy, we won't continue. And it got to the point where I was working 10 months of the year outside of L.A. and he was doing incredible things in other places. We were no longer partners in crime."
But Wilde will always hold their time together close to her heart.
She says, "Sometimes it's eight years and it's great, and you have to know when it ends. The mark of a good marriage is partnership and continuing to feel inspired by your spouse. I had that with Tao.
"But the end is not necessarily the tragedy. Staying in a relationship that is no longer working is the tragedy. Living unhappily - that's the tragedy."
However, Wilde is in no rush to dive into another relationship: "I'm opening my heart up to the idea of dating... I'm really trying hard to spend this time working on myself."
The Tron: Legacy star lodged the petition on 3 March (11) at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences for the split, according to TMZ.com.
Wilde eloped with guitarist Ruspoli in 2003, when she was just 19, but the pair separated last month (Feb11). They have no children.
Ruspoli's family own the famous Palazzo Ruspoli in Rome.
A spokesperson confirmed last month (Feb11) that the Tron: Legacy star had separated from guitarist and Italian prince Tao Ruspoli, who she married in 2003 when she was just 19.
Now Wilde has sparked rumours she's found a new man after she was photographed holding hands with the Notebook star while on a recent date at an aquarium in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The brunette beauty was believed to be in town visiting Gosling while he films The Ides of March with George Clooney.
"So you mean I have a chance?" That's what my fellow Hollywood.com writer, Sam Morgan, is taking away from all of this. Today, it was announced that mega babe and TRON: Legacy star Olivia Wilde has split from her husband of eight years, Tao Ruspoli. Dudes, go ahead. Rejoice at your one in a million chance at the gorgeous actress, just know that she just spent months on set with the unfairly handsome, completely charming Daniel Craig and all other men will likely pale in comparison. In other words, good luck!
On the ladies' side, I think I speak for all of us in saying: Wilde is awesome, she's gorgeous, she's good at her job, but I think we'll all be okay to stop hearing about how she's technically a princess. That's right, her ex is the son of a prince, which technically makes her royalty as well. Sorry, but that's just not fair. You can't be an uber-famous mega babe starring in awesome movies AND be a princess. That's too much good stuff for one person, even a person as awesome as Wilde.
All that being said, we're just having a little fun here. Separation is hard. Here's hoping Olivia's sad news is some lucky dude's good fortune. (I know you're all hoping that dude is you. Dream on.)

Just last year (10), Wilde confessed that being married to a European royal wasn't all romance and chivalry - after visiting his family's 14th century castle.
She told Playboy magazine she initially loved the idea of living in a fairytale fortress - until she started snooping around.
She explained, "There are dungeons in the basement where they used to torture people. There's a table down there that, when they sanded it, still had blood stains from hundreds of years ago."
