The Hollywood couple jetted to the West Indies with all six kids and Pitt's mum Jane to celebrate the holidays in the sun and - out of the spotlight.
And it appears the family has been having a blast at Karan's luxury Parrot Cay home, which reportedly has an infinity pool and open-air screening room for watching movies.
A source tells the New York Post, "They are at Donna's house, without Donna, and have been loving the island because it is so secluded. Angelina's taken the kids to Karan's yoga spa. They've been running around the island with no care in the world, and relaxing."

VH1 Divas, the network's annual celebration of contemporary music artists in the form of a televised concert, will close out the year on Dec. 16 with an impressive lineup of stars. Newly announced as the 2012 special's host is American Idol alum Adam Lambert. Lambert will be the first male star to take center stage since the franchise returned to the airways in 2009.
Lambert will be in very good company come this December: Miley Cyrus will be among the young stars performing at the 2012 VH1 Divas, singing alongside the likes of Demi Lovato, Jordin Sparks (Lambert's fellow Idol vet), Kelly Rowland, and Ciara.
This year's show will pay tribute to musical icons Whitney Houston and Donna Summer, who passed away this year. Both Houston and Summer have themselves performed on past VH1 Divas specials.

The Top Gun moviemaker fell to his death from the Vincent Thomas Bridge in Los Angeles on 19 August (12) in an apparent suicide, and it has now been revealed he left his money to be placed in trust for his wife, Donna W. Scott, and his 12-year old twins Max and Frank.
According to documents filed at a probate court in L.A. County earlier this week (beg17Sep12), Scott's will dictates that his estate of $1,250,000 (£781,250) shall be left in the Tony Scott Family Trust for his family, according to TMZ.com.

She explains, "I made the mistake of looking back and I looked behind me and we were so far up on the face of this rock... and I'm not a professional rock climber... I realised what kind of danger I was in. All I started thinking about was my kids.
"(I thought), 'I can die right now if I lose my footing...' I felt my whole body tense up and I didn't test the rocks like I should have... and I stepped on the wrong one and it pushed all of the others out of place and I was basically on top of a rock slide.
"My face was dragging over the face of all of these rocks; I was ping-ponging like a pinball machine... I was trying to stop myself and I couldn't."
Her Turkish guide managed to scramble to her before she disappeared over a cliff.
She adds, "I think my feet were dangling (over the edge)."
The terrifying accident forced her to return to her U.S. home last month (Aug12), but D'Errico insists the trip was eye-opening and she will be heading back to Turkey in the near future to continue her epic quest - and fulfil a "lifelong dream".
