Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith put on a united front on Sunday night (10Nov13) to celebrate the 21st birthday of the actor's eldest son amid new reports of marriage trouble. Bloggers and gossips went crazy last week (ends08Nov13) when images of Smith and his Focus co-star Margot Robbie posing for cheeky pictures hit the Internet, prompting fresh speculation about the state of his 16-year marriage.
Robbie, who pulled up her top to reveal her bra in one of the silly shots, has since taken to Twitter.com to dismiss chatter about a romance with her co-star, and Smith and his wife were all smiles as they posed for family photos over dinner at Hakkasan in Las Vegas on Sunday.
The couple was joined by Will's 21-year-old son Trey and his mother Sheree Zampino, teenage siblings Jaden and Willow and a group of close to 50 family members and friends at the top restaurant.
A source tells Us Weekly that Will never left his wife's side and the pair was "in high spirits".
Reports suggest Trey showed off his DJ-ing skills at the party.
Will Smith refuses to dole out punishment to his kids, insisting they have to take responsibility for their own actions. The Men In Black star is a father of three - Trey, from his first marriage to Sheree Zampino, as well as Jaden and Willow, with his current partner, Jada Pinkett Smith.
His two youngest kids have followed him into showbiz, and Smith reveals they have almost complete control of their lives despite their tender years.
He tells Britain's Metro, "We don't do punishment. The way that we deal with our kids is, they are responsible for their lives. Our concept is, as young as possible, give them as much control over their lives as possible and the concept of punishment, our experience has been - it has a little too much of a negative quality.
"So when they do things - and you know, Jaden, he's done things - you can do anything you want as long as you can explain to me why that was the right thing to do for your life."
The Hollywood superstar took along his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, and their kids Jaden and Willow, to see 20-year-old Trey playing songs at the Jelsomino venue in Miami Beach.
Smith even treated club-goers to an impromptu performance of his 1998 single Miami, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.
Trey is Smith's son from his first marriage to Sheree Zampino.
"It has its challenges, but you do what you need to do for the sake of your kids. And for all of the love I have for Trey, it's just one of those things you just have to woman up. But I'm very proud to say, he's just turned 18! My boy's 18!" JADA PINKETT SMITH on handling her responsibilities as a stepmum to husband WILL SMITH's eldest son TREY, from his first marriage to Sheree Zampino.
"It took a minute, but we got it and you realise we had our chance and now it's about those kids." WILL SMITH's first wife, SHEREE, on working with the movie star's second wife, JADA PINKETT SMITH, to make sure their kids are always part of the family.
The Independence Day star married girlfriend Sheree Zampino in 1992 and the couple welcomed a son, Trey, before they decided to end their relationship in 1995.
Smith is adamant he has learned how to navigate the ups and downs of married life since tying the knot with actress Jada Pinkett Smith - and admits he could have sustained his first union if he'd tried harder.
He says, "That (first marriage) is probably the most painful loss of my life. I quit. I could have fixed it. It really was not that bad. With Jada, I stood up in front of God and my family and friends and said, 'Till death do us part.' So there are two possible outcomes: we are going to be together till death or I am dead.
"Jada and I have problems; everybody has problems. People ask, 'What happens if you made a mistake?' Well, you should be a little more careful before you stand up in front of God and your family and friends and say, 'Till death do us part.'"
Two cops arrive at an abandoned house where they've heard screaming. They find a woman hunched over and her eyes are plucked out. A seven-foot monster Jacob Goodnight (Kane) then hacks one of the officers in half and cuts the other officer's arm off--but not before he shoots the maniac in the head. That officer Frank Williams (Steve Vidler) recuperates and four years later is assigned to a youth detention program. His first job is to escort some delinquents to an abandoned Blackwell Hotel where a little old historian Margaret (Cecilly Polson) needs volunteers to help her tidy up. Instead one by one the young people become part of the eyeball collection of the psycho who was traumatized by an over-religious mother. Aren’t we all? Yes there is acting in this including from the World Wrestling Entertainment bad-boy Kane who could develop a Freddy Krueger-like franchise as this homicidal religious freak. He grunts and huffs but also sobs and shows a conscience at crucial times. And he's scary not laughable which is always a danger in these kind of films. With what little they have to play off of the supporting team is good especially Craig Horner as an ambitious thief who has maps of all the secret corridors in the hotel. Among the delinquents are streetwise Christine (Christina Vidal) an a--hole bully Michael (Luke Pegler) a tattooed beauty Kira (Samantha Noble) and a seductive shoplifter Zoe (Rachael Taylor). Taylor’s Paris Hilton-like persona makes her one of the victims you can't wait to see get it. Some of the others hardly last long enough worth mentioning even though many of them have characters that are surprisingly fleshed-out before they become popped-out eye candy. See No Evil offers plenty of jump moments squirming gross-out scenes and hide-your-eyes shocks with a plot reminiscent of any of the Friday the 13th or Saw movies. Some of the gore is particularly gruesome and if you don't know what an eyeball looks like when it pops out of your head then you'll certainly have an anatomy lesson here. First-time feature director Gregory Dark known for making music videos utilizes those fast-cut edits muted colors and washed-out tones to create the horror. The camera closes in on bugs flies and even dives into the eye socket of a hollowed-out face. It follows a line of booby-traps in the hotel a jiggling arm that's cut off and even into a hole in the psycho-monster's head which is filled with maggots. Dark is never shy about any of it and gore fans won't be disappointed.
