Pregnant R&B star Kelly Rowland spent her weekend (21-22Jun14) getting her hands dirty as she helped to build houses for families in need in Los Angeles. The former Destiny's Child singer, who is expecting her first child with new husband Tim Witherspoon, refused to let her growing baby bump slow her down and teamed up with officials at the non-profit organisation Habitat For Humanity on Saturday (21Jun14) to aid a construction project in the Compton neighbourhood.
Rowland donned a pink T-shirt promoting the charity and shared snaps of herself and former bandmate Beyonce's stylist mother, Tina Knowles, brandishing hammers on her Instagram.com account.
90210 star Shenae Grimes and actress Camilla Belle were also photographed taking part in the 10th anniversary of the annual Power Women Power Tools event.
Actress Shenae Grimes has no plans to start a family with her new husband any time soon as the couple currently travels too much to become parents. The 90210 star married British model Josh Beech in the U.K. last May (13), but she has now played down speculation they are preparing to have children, insisting they won't have kids until they are more settled.
However, the 27-year-old actress is hoping to bring a puppy home soon.
During a joint interview with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, Beech says, "We are going to get a dog," while Grimes adds, "Let's start with keeping that alive and happy and healthy and see where it goes from there... We travel so much which is why we don't even have a dog yet. Not that you can't take a baby on a plane with you, but we are always out and about. I don't know when we would have time... It's so nice that we get to be selfish right now... And don't have to share our attention with someone else, for now."
"WTF (what the f**k) is up with Miley's new music video?!... I mean, I don't know the girl but if I did I'd demand she bath twice, put some clothes on and give her a big hug... looks like she needs it." Actress Shenae Grimes is unimpressed by Miley Cyrus' new Wrecking Ball video, in which the provocative pop star swings around on a chained ball naked.
Actress Shenae Grimes has shared the details of her "rock 'n' roll" wedding in a post on her new blog, uploading pictures of her big day and revealing why she opted to walk down the aisle in a black dress. The 90210 star married British model Josh Beech at a countryside estate just outside of London in May (13), and she has now published her wedding pictures online.
Grimes exchanged vows with Beech while wearing an eye-catching black wedding dress, and she has now admitted why she shunned a traditional white gown.
In a post on her new online blog, she writes, "I... couldn't imagine myself as a blushing bride in white! I tried on a few beautiful cream lace gowns and while my mom and friends... thought I looked pretty... it just wasn't me! In an exasperated long shot, I googled the well-known bride go-to Vera Wang and saw pictures of her recent collection of all-black wedding dresses!... For the first time I found an outfit that I could picture myself saying my 'I dos' in...
"As soon as I texted my mom a picture of me in THE dress she began incessantly texting and calling me... I was sold... I threw caution to the wind and started my fittings! At that moment I realised I could still be a blushing princess bride that most little girls dream of but do it in my own rock n roll kinda way. And the best part? Josh f**king loved it!"
Grimes has shared pictures of the newlyweds signing the register, posing with the wedding party, and another intimate snap which shows Grimes in her dress before walking out to meet her groom.
The couple began dating last year (12) and became engaged in December (12).
Actress Shenae Grimes and her new husband Josh Beech have poked fun at their whirlwind marriage in a new comedy short. The 90210 star wed the British model/rocker in a countryside estate just outside of London in May (13), after meeting and getting engaged last year (12).
The pair has now lampooned the quick relationship in a short movie they wrote and shot called How We Met, in which Beech dives into a pool to save Grimes from drowning.
They then strike up a conversation, with Beech asking, "Are you alright? Hey, are you in Gossip Girl?" and Grimes replying, "Are you the singer from Mumford & Sons? Wanna get married?"
Grimes admits the newylweds were inspired to make the video after fans persistently asked how they met.
Five years after we met West Beverly High's newest generation of rich kids, the time has come (again) to say goodbye to the most famous zip code in the world. The CW's 90210 might have been conceived as a reboot of the '90s teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210, but after midwestern transplants Annie and Dixon Wilson adjusted to California life it quickly became its own show.
The final episode of the drama felt very retro — the Goo Goo Dolls performed, proving that it might actually still be the '90s in Beverly Hills — but it also tied up plenty of loose ends for some happy and not-so-happy endings. Can you guess the Jen Linley of this bunch?
Let's take a look back at where the gang began, and where they ended up:
Annie (Shenae Grimes) She might've started out as a goody-goody drama kid — the Anne Hathaway of West Bev — but Annie's story took a dark turn into rebellion, vehicular manslaughter, and prostitution. Interestingly enough, Annie managed to snag the only straight-up happy ending of the bunch: She and Liam finally got engaged.
Dixon (Tristan Wilds) Dixon went through plenty of trauma in a five-year span, including the David Silver Memorial Aspiring Musician Drug Problem and a terrible car accident, but interestingly enough, he seemed the most unchanged out of the group. Good ol' smiley Dixon.
Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) Once a straight-up bitch, Naomi Summer Roberts'd herself into the position of intimidating, confident friend who's actually a softie at heart. When her family lost their fortune she learned humility, and came out on the other side with just as excellent a wardrobe, a newfound urgency to do good in the world, and much straighter hair.
Navid (Michael Steger) Navid always had it bad for Adrianna, and although he got trapped in a collapsing building and nearly died in the finale, it was because he ran in after his love and saved her life. Typical Navid. Those two ended up happily ever after as well, but in a less-than-ideal setting: the back of an ambulance.
Silver (Jessica Stroup) Poor Erin Silver was not dealt an easy hand in life. After struggling with bipolar disorder and losing her mom to breast cancer, Silver learned in the finale that she'd developed cancer too. Can the poor girl catch a break? At least she has some truly supportive friends surrounding her. (And Adrianna.)
Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) Once a pregnant teenage former child star, Adrianna morphed into a crazy, slightly older teenage music star. For some reason all the nice dudes on the show put up with her, but thank goodness she and Navid stuck it through — his not-awfulness managed to rub off on her, at least a little.
Liam (Matt Lanter) Liam went from the guy from the other side of the tracks to a bar-owning major movie star, earning himself a much-needed attitude adjustment before finally pleasing Lannie shippers everywhere and getting down on one knee. Annie and Liam forever!

90210 may be ending its five-season run on The CW May 13, but series star Shenae Grimes has already embarked upon a new adventure: marriage!
On Friday May 10 Grimes, 23, tweeted "I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Beech" and attached the below photo of herself in a black dress kissing new husband Josh Beech, a model and musician best known for the song "Heavy Breathing."
Us Weekly confirms that Grimes did indeed get married to Beech, 26, in a non-religious ceremony in a Tudor mansion outside London. Just to give you a sense of how untraditional the nuptials were, Grimes walked down the aisle to house music.
Grimes and Beech began dating last year, got engaged in December, and received matching His & Hers tattoos in February. Now that 90210 is ending, Grimes, a former intern at Teen Vogue before making her big segue into the CW-verse, is considering moving into the fashion world. Lucky for her, new hubby Beech runs the fashion and accessories line Cut & Run London. Looks like she may not only have landed a husband, but a boss as well.

Actress Shenae Grimes is married after exchanging vows with her model fiance Josh Beech. The 90210 star wed the British hunk in a countryside Tudor estate just outside of London on Friday (10May13), reports UsMagazine.com.
Grimes announced the news to fans in a post on Twitter.com, which read, "I now pronounce us Mr. and Mrs. Beech! Ahhh! Xx".
The 23 year old also uploaded a photo of the newlyweds, in which Grimes is featured wearing a black gown and holding a bouquet of red flowers as she shares a kiss with the groom.
The couple began dating last year (12) and became engaged in December (12).
90210 star Shenae Grimes will wed British model Josh Beech in London next month (May13), according to a new U.S. report. The actress, who announced her engagement in December (12), is hoping to stay in London after the wedding and spend the summer (13) in the U.K.
A source tells Life & Style magazine, "She has been over there (in Britain) the past few weeks planning and nailing down details. She plans to stay there until the end of June."
But Grimes recently told the publication that her summer wedding will be a very simple affair: "We're just kind of taking it easy, doing it our way. We're very, very low-key. We just want to get married."
Now that The CW has canceled 90210 after five seasons, a question hangs over the heads of the actors who comprise the drama's hot, young ensemble: What next?
With their show's series finale airing Monday, May 13, the talented 90210 cast members have plenty of options ahead of them — especially since the decision to axe the show came in the thick of pilot season. The biggest (and best) idea at this point would be to capitalize on their CW fame and hop onto another show on the same network, either joining a recurring series or a new pilot. The CW loves to keep its actors in the family and recycle them across its different series (for which we are eternally grateful: If not for Cult, how else would we see the amazing Matt Davis every week after Alaric left us with tear-streaked faces following his Vampire Diaries death?). With that in mind, we've brainstormed some dream roles for each of the displaced 90210 kids. Here's what we came up with:

AnnaLynne McCord has both the looks and attitude perfect to play a young, successful Manhattan woman in the '80s on The Carrie Diaries. Perhaps Carrie Bradshaw will need another mentor now that her first one is her boss at Interview magazine. Shenae Grimes has the sweet country girl act down pat (Annie was a nice girl from Kansas transplanted into Beverly Hills at the start of 90210), so maybe she can head to Bluebell, Alabama and befriend Hart of Dixie's Zoey Hart — the doctor's going to need a pal after her recent heartbreak thanks to Wade's infidelity. Matt Lanter's got the build and bravado to go up against Arrow's Oliver Queen in an action-packed fight, one that we are more than glad to witness. Especially if it's shirtless. But would he be a friend or foe to our favorite archer?
Jessica Stroup bears a certain family resemblance to Dillon Casey's Sean Pierce on Nikita, so she'd be perfect as one of the sisters he had to leave behind after he faked his death last week. Jessica Lowndes has the perfect dark looks to portray a vampire (either good or evil) on The Vampire Diaries — or the potential spin off series, The Originals. Michael Steger would be great in Greg Berlanti and Julie Plec's pilot The Tomorrow People, about young people who represent the next stage in human evolution. Tristan Wilds could check out Sera Gamble's pilot Company Town, a drama revolving around a scandal at a Naval base in Virginia.

There are also other networks, though that's sometimes easy to forget between all the shirtlessness — why would you click anywhere else? Trevor Donovan has already signed on to guest star for three episodes on ABC Family's Melissa and Joey (in fact, his stint was announced mere hours after 90210's cancellation... now that's speedy, even by Hollywood's standards). Joining a show on a different network would give the actors a chance to build their fan base outside of The CW's target demo.
Of course, there's always the option to leave acting behind and fade away into obscurity... but something tells us these beautiful people will choose to stay on our TV screens one way or another. And that's right where we want them! What do you think the 90210 alums should do next?

Shenae Grimes grew up watching "Beverly Hills, 90210" (FOX, 1990-2000), the seminal teen drama that turned its stars Shannen Doherty, Luke Perry and Jason Priestley into cultural icons, so it was a career-defining moment when the actress nabbed the lead role in the show's spin-off/reinvention "90210" (The CW, 2008- ). Prior to moving in to television's most famous zip code, Grimes acted in another teen soap, the long-running Canadian series "Degrassi: The Next Generation" (Nickelodeon, 2001- ) as troubled teen Darcy Edwards, proving even bad girls had a chance at becoming America's next sweetheart.
