"It came back around and I've never been happier. This little one, she's the one, and I'm a pretty stoked dude. I'm pretty excited to say the least."
In fact, Gilbert admitted he has used his unnamed fiancee as inspiration for many of his songs over the past few years, such as his 2012 track More Than Miles, with lyrics that include the line 'Cause that girl's in every song I sing/She's in every song I write/And that six string ridin' in her seat/Won't keep me warm tonight'.
Last year (13) Gilbert was set to wed fellow country star Jana Kramer, but they broke off their engagement.
Django Unchained actress Daniele Watts and her boyfriend have been charged with misdemeanour lewd conduct for allegedly engaging in sexual relations in her car. Watts launched a campaign against the Los Angeles Police Department officers who arrested her in September (14), accusing them of racism, but audio of the incident proved the cops were just doing their job when the actress refused to hand over identification and then walked away from the scene.
She was handcuffed and brought back to her car.
Watts claimed she and her partner Brian James Lucas were just making out, but witnesses insisted she was straddling her boyfriend with her breasts exposed.
The couple faces up to six months behind bars if convicted of the crime. Watts and Lucas are due in court next month (13Nov14).
Watts played slave girl Coco in Django Unchained.
Famed Elvis Presley photographer Alfred Wertheimer has died at the age of 84. The snapper passed away from natural causes at his New York apartment on Sunday (19Oct14).
Wertheimer was just 26 when he was assigned to photograph the then-unknown 21-year-old singer in 1956, just before the release of his hit song Heartbreak Hotel turned him into a rock 'n' roll superstar.
Wertheimer amassed 3,800 candid photographs of the man who would become The King, including shots of Presley shaving, answering the telephone in his underwear and the famous The Kiss snap, in which he nuzzles a female fan backstage.
The series of black and white images has since become a key piece of music history, with special exhibitions held at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. and the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles.
Wertheimer went on to work as a cinematographer for Britain's Granada Television and served as a cameraman for filmmaker Michael Wadleigh's 1969 music documentary Woodstock.
David Arquette has explained his actions after video footage of a Friday night (17Oct14) street fight between himself and his fiancee Christine Mclarty went viral. The couple was spotted arguing outside celebrity hotspot Craig's in Hollywood, where actor Arquette was heard saying, "I'm done. Just like your last guy..." as his upset partner begged him not to walk away.
The Scream star, who became a father for the second time in April (14) when McLarty gave birth to his son Charlie, tells TMZ.com the spat was little more than a disagreement between two exhausted parents.
He says, "We are both hormonal and haven't slept in six months. Christina is still breastfeeding (and) I feel like I am (too)."
And the actor is downplaying reports the couple has split, insisting he and McLarty are still very much in love.

"We both had one of those magical days, we call it a junket, where we both attended these lovely events where people come in every four minutes, they ask the same questions over and over again... We got home at night and we compared notes, and I told him every single person who interviewed me... asked me, 'How do you balance work and family?' and he said the only thing that people asked him repeatedly was about the t**s on the Blurred Lines girl (Ben Affleck's Gone Girl co-star Emily Ratajkowski)." MTV has created a new show where they put 10 guys and 11 girls (in this season, at least) in a house together, in Puerto Rico, and tell them to find their perfect match, because they're literally right in front of them. It's the second season of Are You The One, with new cast members and every crazier situations! There was a broken nose in the first episode, and it didn't even happen during a fight. Have you not tuned in yet? Let's go a little more into why you should, now that we're 3 episodes deep in the series.
1. The shows concept is intriguing. It's something we haven't seen in another reality series.
"If you're perfect match was standing right in front of you, would you even know?" Really though, if you think about it, if you were put in a house with someone who could be your perfect match, how would you figure it out? Would you be able to? It's interesting to watch couples like Paris and Pratt who immediately consider themselves matches get together, while other people like Ellie aren't quick to jump into anything. As she said last night, "I just don’t believe you can fall in love in a week. You need to know what someones farts smell like."
2. But they've only got 10 weeks to figure things out.
I take #AreYouTheOne real serious. Got my handy dandy spreadsheet pic.twitter.com/1cdZpuLQl8

10 weeks, 10 tries, all for love...and a shot at $1 million (to split between 20, that is). Week 3 showed us some progress, bringing in 3 matches, one more than tlast week's 2 matches. But they're no closer to knowing who those perfect matches actually are. Maybe the guys should stop leaving Tyler out and consider her. Looks like in episode four the group will need to learn a new strategy, and if that preview is anything to go from, things will be pretty intense.
3. The things people will admit on this show are extremely hilarious.
Oh jeeeeepers @Pratt_MTV come on bruh #AreYouTheOne pic.twitter.com/qYb4m6WeRn
— Jenni MTV (@jenniknapmiller) October 21, 2014
To add onto that thought, Pratt also said: “I’ve taken a girl’s virginity before, and she didn’t leave my apartment for three weeks.” That's not even the half of it. Everyone on this show is having so much fun partying, you don't even realize just how much they've had to drink until they start droppng the truth bombs. Or, you know right away when someone has had too much, because that's when the fights start. Que Natahan crying over Shelby, while a very sweet Pratt tries to get him to calm down.
4. The Truth Booth is the best part of each episode.
Hey @Tindel10 and @MTV_Christina. Ever get the feeling you're being watched? #AreYouTheOne pic.twitter.com/Zrb64u7jPC

The Truth Booth is where couples go to find out if they're a "perfect match." But you don't get to decide on your own if you're going to the TB. You need to be voted into there, after winning the most recent challenge, by your housemates. It's easily the most stress-inducing part of each episode, which makes it the most interesting for viewers. Every week, you sit there shouting at your screen, telling them "NO! Not Brandon AGAIN!" But then, it's actually funny to watch Brandon go into the truth booth, for the 3rd time in a row.
5. The competition between some of the men is just starting to HEAT UP.
OUCH. #AreYouTheOne pic.twitter.com/IgJHFcBcRH

Nathan wants Shelby, but Shelby wants Dario, but kind of wanted Nathan, that is until he freaked out. And that's only 3 people, there are still 18 other people in this house. What's going on with Pratt and Paris next episode? Or Jenni-Anthony-Jess-Layton? There's so much drama, you can't fathom how it's all packed into a 60-minute episode. It leaves you craving more.

Pop star Taylor Swift ensures her security guards are well informed about potential threats to her safety by keeping a file on all of her alleged stalkers and overzealous fans.
The Shake It Off hitmaker reveals she has had no choice but to sacrifice a little of her privacy and hire bodyguards around the clock to make sure she doesn't fall victim to deranged devotees after experiencing a number of close calls over the years. She tells America's Esquire magazine, "I fought the idea of having security for a very long time, because I really value normalcy. I really do. I like to be able to take a drive by myself. Haven't done that in six years. They have to be in a car behind me. Because just the sheer number of men we have in a file who have showed up at my house, showed up at my mom's house, threatened to either kill me, kidnap me, or marry me."
However, Swift admits she prefers not to dwell on the negatives of fame.
She adds, "This is the strange and sad part of my life that I try not to think about. I try to be lighthearted about it, because I don't ever want to be scared. I don't want to be walking down the street scared. And when I have security, I don't have to be scared." Swift has good reason to worry about her safety - in March (14), she had to obtain a permanent restraining order against alleged stalker Timothy Sweet, who was convinced the singer was his wife, after he bombarded her with frightening emails, letters and messages via social media.
Actor Alan Cumming has forgiven Shia Labeouf for his drunken behaviour at hit Broadway show Cabaret after the Transformers star confessed he slapped the leading man's butt during the show because he thought the Scot was the sexiest guy he'd ever seen. LaBeouf was eventually thrown out of the theatre when he argued with ushers who had asked him to stop smoking in June (14), and he has since revealed he was so drunk he actually thought he was at an interactive cabaret show.
Cumming admits he was impressed with LaBeouf's explanation last week (ends17Oct14) on America's The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and he's happy to forgive and forget.
The actor says, "I think he was really messed up... He didn't apologise, but he sort of explained it last week... He was just wasted and he was wasted from the second he walked into the thing (theatre). There was an atmosphere when I went down to go onstage and start the show; everyone's freaking out because there was someone who seemed to be a crazy person shouting and stuff.
"I walk into the audience at one point... and go up the back and come down, and as I walked past him - he was at a table on the end of a row - he whacked me...
"We've all done things where we've been out of it and messed up and I just think that not everyone has to deal with it on such a worldwide scale. I thought he made a very good recovery and he did say that the reason he did it was that I was the sexiest man he'd ever seen."
