A New York City home featured in classic film Breakfast At Tiffany's is on the market for $8 million (£5 million).
The Upper East Side townhouse served as Audrey Hepburn's character's abode in the 1961 film, and was featured in the background for her scenes alongside co-star George Peppard, including their famous kiss in the rain. The owner initially put the home on the market in May (14) for $10 million (£6.25 million) but has failed to lure any good offers, and decided to slash the price by $2 million (£1.25 million), according to the New York Daily News.
The house is currently configured as two separate duplexes, and boasts four stories, an enclosed greenhouse, five wood-burning fireplaces, a solarium and a large back yard. It was also the former home of Martha Stewart's stockbroker Peter E. Bacanovic, who served jail time as a result of an insider-trading scandal in 2004.
Were you a Twihard? Are you still? Maybe you were one, but kept it on the DL. Either way, you were not alone in your Twilight love. You loved it, no matter how often people said it "sucked" or made fun of you for it. It had hot vampires and werewolves, who were willing to literally drop everything to love you (or Bella, w.e.). It was the perfect breed of intense love story, drama, and family, it managed to attract teenagers and adults alike.
1. This face initially drew you in:
Haters might not have all liked Robert Pattinson as Edward, but we sure as hell did.
2. Something about Edward and Bella's love-story enticed you and you were immediately hooked:
3. It might have had something to do with the fact that Edward would do anything to protect Bella:
He literally stopped a car from killing her. If that's not love, than I have no idea what it is.
4. You secretly wanted to be adopted by Carlisle and Esme Cullen:
Even though you were way too old to be adopted.
5. You also wanted Charlie to be your dad:
6. You had a serious hate-love relationship with the Bella-Edward-Jacob love triangle:
7. But really, sometimes you watched these movies just for shirtless Taylor Lautner:
Okay, so if you were #TeamJacob, this was 98% of the reason you even watched the movies.
8. You have been waiting for someone to say this to you and mean it:
Why can't all men be like Edward Cullen?!
9. You also wished that you meant this much to someone else:
10. You wanted to be someone's spider-monkey:
Good job on choosing that line Robert!
11. On more than one occasion, you've pictured these guys at your wedding:
Because you are marrying Edward. Obviously.
12. This movie made you really wish you had a werewolf:
13. Or a Taylor Lautner:
14. And you wished Emmett was your brother, because he's hysterical:
15. Alice Cullen made you angry with your own friends for not being as fabulous and awesome as her:
16. You also felt like Alice and Jasper didn't get enough love:
These two were perfect for each other. These deserved more screen time. Or their own spin-off series.
17. You learned some very valuable life lessons from this series:
If you were normal, then you'd never meet vampires and werewolves (shape shifters) and what a boring life that would be.
18. When Edward left during New Moon, you actually sobbed.
19. But then they reunited, and everything was right with the world.
20. Eclipse made you realize everyone in Twilight is hot, even the bad guys:
Especially the bad guys.
21. Instead of questioning how on Earth Renesmee could exist, or what would possess anyone to write her character into the series, you loved her and appreciated their happy little family:
22. You actually screamed out loud in the theater while watching The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 (mouthful, Jesus):
23. This series managed to sum up how we all felt about it, in the first movie:

British actress Tamsin Egerton suffered an embarrassing accident on the set of her new film Love, Rosie after her onscreen son urinated all over her. The St. Trinian's star plays new mum Sally, the wife of Sam Claflin's lead character Alex Stewart, but one scene with her baby co-star left her covered in pee - and it didn't even make the final cut.
She tells the DailyMail.co.uk, "There was a scene that didn't (make it) in the film, where I'm bathing my character's baby and during a take it started peeing all over me."
She adds sarcastically, "I was just there acting with warm baby pee all over me which was just really, really fun."
Love, Rosie is based on the 2004 relationship novel of the same name, aka Where Rainbows End, by Irish author Cecelia Ahern.
Gwyneth Paltrow has won the latest round in her feud with Martha Stewart by hiring the lifestyle queen's former Martha Stewart Living brand president and CEO as her new mistress of operations at her GOOP.com website. Lisa Gersh has replaced Seb Bishop, who quit as Goop's CEO in April (14).
Calling Gersh a "visionary leader", Paltrow says, "She's the perfect person to build on the momentum we have already created at Goop, and to diversify our opportunities to bring Goop's positive energy directly to consumers in what they read, what they try, what they buy and how they live."
Gersh stepped down from her role as Martha Stewart Living CEO in February, 2013.
Confirming her appointment on Monday (06Oct14), she said, "As a fan since its launch, I've admired the inimitable voice and style Gwyneth has infused into Goop, and the business she's built."
The hire comes just weeks after Stewart attacked Paltrow in an interview with Net-a-Porter's The Edit.
The veteran craftswoman said, "She just needs to be quiet. She's a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn't be trying to be Martha Stewart."
Jennifer Lawrence has been crowned the year's (14) best dressed woman by Britain's Glamour magazine.
The Hunger Games star took the number one spot in the publication's 50 Best Dressed Women 2014 list, with editors writing of her red carpet style, "J-Law makes a Dior gown look as comfy as sweatpants, and wears the hell out of both." Lawrence jumped 47 places from her spot in last year's list (13).
Fellow Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o was a new entry behind Lawrence in second place, while previous list-topper Kristen Stewart came third, ahead of Emma Watson and Blake Lively at four and five respectively. Angelina Jolie, British royal Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Katy Perry also featured in the top 10.
The movie adaptation of former Eurythmics star Dave Stewart's 2008 graphic novel Zombie Broadway has been given the greenlight to start pre-production. The rocker created the comic book series as part of a deal with Virgin Comics and now producers Pam Williams, David Jacobson and Stewart himself are raising financing with an aim to start filming in 2015.
Screenwriter Cole Haddon is adapting the project, which will feature original songs and music composed by Stewart and Michael Bradford. Swedish director Jonas Akerlund, who recently took charge of Beyonce and Jay Z's On the Run TV special will helm the project.
Rod Stewart's manager has warned fans to be aware of an imposter pretending to be the ageing rocker in New York City. Stewart's longtime manager Arnold Steifel has denied that pictures of 'Stewart' asleep on the subway are real and has warned fans to not be fooled by the fraudster.
He tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, “The real Rod has seen the picture, and he thought it was funny, but he said, ‘Please let people know it isn’t me'... This has been going on for years."
According to the website, the phoney Stewart has been duping fans and businesses into thinking he is the real deal and the imposter has been showered with free meals and alcohol.
It is not known if this is the work of one man or a few lookalikes.
NASCAR race ace Tony Stewart has been cleared of any criminal charges relating to the death of rival Kevin Ward, Jr., who was struck and killed during a sprint car rally last month (Aug14). The three-time Sprint Cup Series champion was left shocked and saddened after colliding with 20-year-old Ward, Jr., who had walked into the path of oncoming cars shortly after his own vehicle had spun off the track at the Canandaigua Motorsports Park in Ontario County, New York on 9 August (14).
Authorities launched an investigation into the incident, but officials have since decided not to pursue criminal charges against Stewart as they believe Ward, Jr.'s death was the result of a freak accident, reports TMZ.com.
A collection of candid Polaroids taken of Fleetwood Mac star Stevie Nicks 40 years ago are to be unveiled as part of a new exhibition in New York. The 24 Karat Gold showcase at the Morrison Hotel Gallery will coincide with the release of the rocker's new album, 24 Karat Gold: Songs From the Vault, which will be released in early October (14).
Nicks reveals she took the self-portraits "long after everyone had gone to bed", explaining, "Some people don't sleep at night - I am one of those people."
She adds, "I would begin after midnight and go until four or five in the morning. I stopped at sunrise - like a vampire... I never really thought anyone would ever see these pictures. They went into shoeboxes, where they remained.
"I did everything - I was the stylist, the make-up artist, the furniture mover, the lighting director. It was my joy - I was the model."
Nicks' photographer pal Dave Stewart, who also co-produced her new album and 2011's In Your Dreams, selected the photos which will be on show to fans and the public at the gallery.
The singer reveals to the New York Times that she has boxes full of Polaroids of herself taken between 1975 and 1987 and only stopped snapping them when her Polaroid cameras "broke down".
British model Liberty Ross has "no problem" with Kristen Stewart after the actress' tryst with her husband Rupert Sanders led to the breakdown of the marriage. Ross' divorce from the director was finalised this summer (14) two years after he was snapped smooching his Snow White and the Huntsman star Stewart.
The catwalk star, who has two children with the moviemaker, has now insisted she is not angry with the young actress or her former husband over the kissing snaps.
She tells Harper's Bazaar magazine, "God, no. Ugh. People need to learn to forgive. I have no problem with anyone involved. I'm completely compassionate, I really am. No life is perfect, we all have our problems and issues... Rupert and I were together since we were very, very young. I was 18 - essentially, I married my first boyfriend. I always used to say we were more like brother and sister anyway. We'd been together for so long, we weren't really evolving together as a couple so much...
"I think we can grow from all experiences, even the most tragic, s**tty ones where you think you're going to die..."
Ross also reveals she was shocked by the public reaction to her personal crisis and hid herself away from a month to escape the spotlight.
She adds, "Unfortunately, we live in a world where everything is so overexposed that it's actually terrifying. I was horrified at how relentless and extraordinary going through something like that was."
