Welsh actor Luke Evans is attached to another big blockbuster after portraying Dracula, Zeus, Apollo, Aramis and The Hobbit's Bard on the big screen - he is in negotiations to play Beauty & The Beast's Gaston opposite Emma Watson. The 35-year-old movie star, who has reportedly replaced Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne as the frontrunner for the role, will be expected show off his singing skills in the Disney film, according to Variety.com, after having previously performed in West End musicals Rent, Miss Saigon and Piaf.
News of the casting comes as a new French adaptation of Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont's fairytale roles out across Europe. The Christophe Gans movie features Vincent Cassel, Lea Seydoux and Andre Dussollier.
It's common in Hollywood for actors to fall in love after playing a couple in a movie, just look at Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. But what about the actors who quietly work with their significant others? We think it's more interesting to play "Spot The Spouse" when watching a movie or TV show.
Anna Faris and Chris Pratt - What's Your Number? and Take Me Home Tonight
20th Century Fox/captcevans.tumblr.com
Everyone now knows that Anna & Chris are married, given Chris' extremely successful 2014 with The Lego Movie and as Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy. But back when Anna was in her prime rom-com streak, she starred in What's Your Number? with Chris Evans as her leading man, and her husband of 2 years (at the time) as one of her "disgusting" ex-boyfriends. The couple met in 2007 on the set of the move Take Me Home Tonight, which didn't have a theatrical release until 2011.
Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman - Parks and Recreation and Will & Grace
Bet you didn't realize that Tammy 2 is actually married to Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman) in real life. The couple has been married since 2003, having met in 2000 while working on a play together in L.A. Over the course of the 7 seasons of Parks & Rec, Megan has played Swanson's crazy ex-wife Tammy. During the fourth season of Will & Grace, Offerman had a guest spot on his wife's popular show.
Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka - How I Met Your Mother
NPH starred on this show for 9 years and his husband (boyfriend at the time of his first appearance), David Burtka, appeared on the show as the crazy obsessed ex-boyfriend of Lily (Alyson Hannigan) that was not ready to let her go.
Cobie Smulders and Taran Killam - How I Met Your Mother
Taran made his first appearance on Cobie's hit show in 2006, when they were still dating. He appeared on the show several times, before and after their 2009 wedding, as one of Barney's co-workers. He made a final appearance in 2014 during the episode "The End of the Aisle."
Charlie Day and Mary Elizabeth Ellis - It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Reno 911!
Charlie is married to the waitress! Charlie and Mary Elizabeth Ellis met in 2001, but began dating in 2004 and married by 2006. They first appeared as an incestuous twins on Reno 911! before It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia began in 2006, on which Charlie is a main character on and Mary has played "the waitress" throughout the series.
Steve and Nancy Carell - The Office, The Daily Show, and The 40 Year Old Virgin
This couple met back in the early 90s when Steve Carrell performed with the troupe The Second City and Nancy was one of his students. They first worked together as correspondents on The Daily Show, before Steve was a leading man. Nancy played a health clinic counselor in The 40-Year-Old Virgin. Later on The Office, she first played Steve's character's girlfriend, Carol Stills, on the show (but that relationship didn't work out), who was also a realtor.
Adam and Jackie Sandler - Most Adam Sandler movies
After meeting through Rob Schneider after working on Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigalo, Adam Sandler gave Jackie a role in his film Big Daddy and she's appeared in many of his films since, such as: 50 First Dates, Eight Crazy Nights, Grown Ups, and more. The couple got married in 2003 and have two children together.
Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor - Zoolander and Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story
You've probably noticed a pattern of Christine Taylor popping up in many Ben Stiller films, such as the two above, as well as Tropic Thunder. Usually, she plays the girl that Ben Stiller's character wants to get with (and doesn't, except for Zoolander), but you probably didn't realize they have been married since 2000.

Welsh actor Michael Sheen has won praise from politicians and campaigners for his rousing speech in defence of Britain's National Health Service (NHS) over the weekend (28Feb15-01Mar15). The Frost/Nixon star hit headlines on Sunday (01Mar15) when he joined a rally in Tredegar, Wales and made an impassioned plea to politicians in the U.K. to do more to protect the institution, which provides free healthcare for all citizens.
Sheen told the crowd, "No one says they want to get rid of the NHS, everyone praises it... But for decades now there has been a systematic undermining of its core values. This is beyond party politics... You must stand up for what you believe, but first of all, by God, believe in something."
British Member of Parliament (MP) Diane Abbott is among those who have since praised Sheen for tackling such a sensitive issue, writing in a post on Twitter.com, "Brilliant speech by @michaelsheen in defence of our #NHS," while Welsh politician Phil Bale of Cardiff City Council adds, "Storming speech from @michaelsheen at the People's March for the NHS in Tredegar!"
Campaigner Paul Evans, of the NHS Support Federation, tells the Press Association, "Michael Sheen helps to highlight one essential truth that the NHS won't survive if we continue to put the market at its heart... It's good to see somebody express an honest view on the NHS."
Sheen's girlfriend, U.S. comic Sarah Silverman, also lavished praise on the actor, writing on Twitter, "Politicians take note... Beyond brilliant."
The actor writes on his own page, "The messages I've had... prove the last thing that's a problem with people of this country is apathy. Passion and compassion everywhere... It's been stunning to experience such strength of feeling and heartbreaking to hear how much people feel let down by what is being offered."
Acclaimed jazz producer Orrin Keepnews has died, aged 91. Keepnews passed away at his home in El Cerrito, California on Sunday (01Mar15), a day before his 92nd birthday.
He began his career as a journalist and editor, but he kicked off his prolific journey into music by co-founding Riverside Records with Bill Grauer in 1953.
Nearly all the jazz recordings at the label were produced by Keepnews, and the talent roster included the likes of Jelly Roll Morton, Ma Rainey, Cannonball Adderley, Randy Weston and Charlie Byrd.
Legendary jazz pianist and composer Thelonious Monk signed with Riverside in 1955, and Keepnews helped craft some of the musician's most beloved albums, including 1956's Brilliant Corner and 1957's Monk's Music.
Riverside went bankrupt in the mid-1960s, and Keepnews worked at a few other jazz labels before founding Landmark Records, which became the home of acts such as the Kronos Quartet, Buddy Montgomery and Yusef Lateef.
Keepnews earned Grammy Awards, including Best Album Notes for The Interplay Sessions by Bill Evans in 1984 and Best Historical Album and Best Album Notes for Thelonious Monk: The Complete Riverside Recordings in 1988. He also won a Best Historical Album Grammy in 1999 for The Duke Ellington Centennial Edition: The Complete RCA Victor Recordings (1927-1973).
In 2004, he was presented with a Trustees Award for Lifetime Achievement by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, and in 2010 was named a Jazz Master by the National Endowment of the Arts for his "significant contributions" to the field of jazz.

Not Another Teen Movie came out 14 years ago but it's still extremely relevant - and hilarious - to this day. High school movies are so played out.
1. This magical 10 Things I Hate About You reference will never get old:
"Sing a song with her name in it."
2. This very meta Pretty In Pink moment:
3. No 80's teen movie was safe:
4. This movie perfected the arrogant, star jock:
5. And the unique girl who didn't "fit" into any high school clique:
6. It really calls out what it means to be popular:
7. It had very appropriate teenage reading materials:
8. This was Chris Evans greatest acting achievement to date:
9. Or maybe it was this one:
10. It had the tortured artist mourning the loss of a parent:
11. And cheerleaders who definitely did not steal this routine:
12. They were the cheerleaders that knew how to bring "it":
13. Jake's dad had the perfect way to cheer him up:
14. It made fun of how people actually use slang words:
15. This movie even had the "token" black guy:
16. This punch sequence is now infamous:
17. It nailed every movie makeover ever:
18. It perfectly got how we all feel about teen movies:

Actress/singer Mandy Moore spent Valentine's Day (14Feb15) at a ranch retreat with her best friend Minka Kelly weeks after confirming she had split from rocker husband Ryan Adams. A representative for Moore and Adams announced the couple had "mutually decided" to end its almost six-year marriage last month (Jan15), and legal papers subsequently revealed Moore and Adams had actually separated in August (14).
Moore decided not to spend her first post-marriage Valentine's Day weekend alone and recruited her gal pal Kelly for a girls' trip to The Ranch at Live Oak Malibu in California.
The friends documented their activities, including hiking, with snaps on their Instagram.com pages.
In one of Moore's first posts, she donned breathing apparatus, hooked up to a variety of wires, for a comedy treadmill shot, captioned, "Super creepers, blurry photo but testing my fitness acumen to assess how I can properly push myself over the next few days."
On Saturday (14Feb15), Moore added another snap of Kelly resting her head on her friend's shoulder after a hike, and wrote, "We got separated from the rest of the group but we surrendered to a different path up and through these mountains and it was worth it. So lucky to share this time with you @minkak! You're a total bad-a** and inspiration."
Kelly has also been unlucky in love, splitting from Captain America star Chris Evans last year (14). The actress has also dated John Mayer and baseball hero Derek Jeter, among others.
An odd marble sculpture of singer/songwriter Pete Doherty crucified is to be displayed at London's St. Marylebone Parish Church. The life-size image will be erected on Thursday (19Feb15) as part of Art Below's Stations of the Cross exhibition.
Titled For Pete's Sake, the sculpture was created in 2008 by Doherty's friend Nick Reynolds and life cast specialist Schoony.
It will be displayed until 17 March (15).
Reverend Canon Stephen Evans of St. Marylebone Church tells DIY magazine, "I hope that For Pete's Sake might help visitors to the exhibition stop and reflect not only Christ's Passion and Resurrection and what this means but also to stop and reflect on what in their own lives leads to death or to life."
"Doherty's battle with addiction and a self-destructive lifestyle have been well catalogued in the press throughout his career; today, having successfully completed rehab treatment in Thailand, Doherty seeks to live a new life free of the things which had nearly destroyed him."
Following the exhibition, the sculpture will go on sale for $49,400 (£33,000).
