Less flash, more grit, The Order of the Phoenix is definitely the most introspective of the Harry Potter movies. If you’re expecting fast-paced wizardry action at every turn, however, you might be disappointed.

Shrek the Third pretty much serves up the same tired fairytale shenanigans with little of the original’s magic. Still, the franchise’s undeniable charm alleviates some of the Third ’s banality.

You know how it begins and you know how it ends, but We Are Marshall will still make a sports fan cheer. Its still the same old triumph against the odds, but it's a solid version of that.

They are Jake and Elwood with more head-banging, Wayne and Garth with less mugging, Cheech and Chong with a slightly weaker stash, the Brokeback cowboys with a more platonic take on man-love... They are Tenacious D, and they’re the stars of the second funniest film of 2006.
