Rapper Mack Maine and Bryan ‘Birdman’ Williams have been hit with a lawsuit over an album cover.
Mark and Becky English are suing the hip hop stars for allegedly using a photograph of their teenage son and mistaking him for Ethan Couch, who received probation following a drink driving accident which killed four people.
Couch’s light sentence hit headlines last year (14), after it was argued he did not understand the consequences of his actions because of his family’s wealth, and Maine created a song about the 18-year-old.
However, the Englishes claim their son’s image incorrectly appears on the Ethan Coach cover. They have included Williams in the lawsuit because the track was released on his Cash Money records label.
