Rapper Soulja Boy has publicly apologised to the flight crew of an American Airlines plane after he was removed by armed police for causing a scene before take-off. The star was due to fly on Friday (09Aug13), but became embroiled in an argument with flight staff when he refused to obey an order to sit down as they made preparations for the journey.
The hip-hop star was removed from the plane by cops, and has now issued an apology to everyone involved.
He tells TMZ.com, "It was a bad night and me and the flight staff didn't see eye to eye. In hindsight, I'm extremely sorry for all inconvenience caused to the passengers and employees of the airline."
Rapper Soulja Boy spent part of his Independence Day (04Jul13) holiday fighting to regain control of his email and social networking accounts after he was targeted by hackers. The Crank That (Soulja Boy) hitmaker discovered he had been locked out of his pages on YouTube.com and Twitter.com, as well as his Gmail inbox, on Thursday morning, and wasted no time in contacting site officials to reset his login details and he was back online within hours.
He shared a screen shot of his Twitter page alerting him to an unauthorised password change with followers and wrote, "Damn I got hacked on the 4th of july".
However, he refused to let the incident mar his celebrations and added, "Turnin up at my party today, even tho my gmail/youtube is hacked I dont give a f**k no more (sic)..."
Soulja Boy has become an easy victim for cyber criminals - he also had a number of accounts hacked in March (13).
Emmy award-winning comedian Sara Schaefer, host of MTV's late show Nikki & Sara Live, will be blogging The Bachelorette for Hollywood.com all season long.
It's week two and it's time for our Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock to start completing her most important task: figuring out who is here for the right reasons... and who is here for the wrong reasons. Once she does that, she'll know who is here for the fame and who is here to find love on a nationally televised dating show. It won't be easy — when these men are alone with her, they will charm her with heart-wrenching 30-second stories about their rough childhood. But when Desiree is away, the men gather in small groups and the claws are comin' out! So to help Desiree make sense of it all, I have laid out some simple questions she should ask to help uncover those ever elusive Reasons.
1. Does he have a struggle?
When he finally gets some alone time with you, does he launch into a succinct-yet-dramatic story about his drug-addicted mom, a terrible car accident, or a heartbreaking divorce? If so, this means he's highly skilled at being vulnerable and, therefore, probably here for the right reasons.
2. Has he ever interrupted someone who is telling you about his battle with diabetes?
On last night's episode, Ben, who had already received a rose, interrupted Desiree's alone time with Michael G. just as Michael began to reveal his battle with juvenile diabetes. UH WHAT??? That is a very low blow, Ben. You don't just casually break up a conversation about blood sugar levels. This, of course, did not sit well with any of the men, who had already begun circling Ben, accusing him of being here for the wrong reasons. Desiree may not be aware of the drama yet, but let's hope she took the interruption as a tiny red flag: Ben may be crawling with wrong reasons!
3. Is he impressed with your elaborate bridge date?
Somehow, after an exhausting day of drawing her feelings, Desiree was able to set up a highly elaborate date on a random bridge. The lighting was purple, there were chandeliers hanging, and Andy Grammer was there performing with his band. Who is Andy Grammer? I'm not sure, but I am guessing Train wasn't available. All of this after illegally hanging out on the Hollywood sign? Amazing! Brooks, the lucky man to receive this display, took that as his sign to get vulnerable and sexy (vulnerasexy). Any man who can pull off a vulnerasexy combo move is probably here for the right reasons.
4. Can he rap about being here for the right reasons?
This is probably the most important question you can ask a dozen men that you are simultaneously dating. Can. You. Guys. Rap? Desiree sets up a group date with Soulja Boy (because they are really old friends, of course), and they make a rap video about being on The Bachelorette. Each guy played the role of a former notoriously "wrong reasony" Bachelorette contestant. This isn't going to be awkward at all! The beats were sick. The chorus ("Right reasons! Right reasons! I'm here for you girl for all the right reasons!") is so tight that I am gonna go ahead and predict that this is going to be 2013's summer jam. Never before have I been so proud to be a white person. Well done, you guys. I'm sure Desiree came away from this group date with a lot more insight about these guys' intentions.
In conclusion, Desiree, in the weeks to come, these guys' reasons for being here are going to surface. Some will be right, some will be wrong, but they'll all be crazy.

Last night, Barack Obama clinched a victory in the presidential race and will therefore continue to lead our country for the next four years. Many people — normal and celebrity alike — celebrated the results, but others were upset that Mitt Romney was defeated. You know who was really, really, ridiculously pissed off? Donald Trump. Big surprise.
After all of his loud support for Romney, his call for Obama's birth certificate, and that ridiculous "charitable" offer he extended to our President, Trump didn't take the loss lying down — he made sure everyone and their mother heard him complaining. His Twitter became one long complaint reel, with tweet after tweet lamenting how much trouble we are now in and how "the electoral college is a disaster for a democracy." By the time Trump called for a march on Washington to protest the results, more than a few people were rolling their eyes and letting out exasperated sighs. The Donald had gone off the deep end.
And the public's annoyance quickly spread from us regular folk to the Famous over in Hollywood. Check out the best celebrity reactions to Trump's tweets below (you tell 'em, Soulja Boy):

In the first BET Awards ceremony since her February death, Whitney Houston was, unsurprisingly and justifiably, the recipient of a lengthy round of remembrances and musical tributes.
Houston's longtime friend Mariah Carey kicked off the honors, telling stories about the superstar while clearly battling her emotions. That was followed by nearly 20 minutes of various tribute songs and covers dedicated the late Houston: Monica sang "I Love the Lord," a gospel tune that Houston herself once covered; Brandy pitched in two Houston classics, "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and "I'm Your Baby Tonight"; the legendary Chaka Khan served up her own "I'm Every Woman," which Houston famously remade in 1993; and finally, Whitney's brother, Gary, and mother, Cissy, performed. It was the latter's moving rendition of "Bridge Over Troubled Water" that left stars in the audience — including Beyonce and Soulja Boy — and no doubt viewers at home teary-eyed.
Sunday night's BET tribute in song was merely the latest of its kind for Houston. Check out that video below, followed by Jennifer Hudson's instant classic from the Grammys — the day after Houston's death — and a clip from the Glee episode that honored Houston in April.

Actress Meagan Good is a married woman after walking down the aisle in Malibu, California.
The Think Like a Man beauty exchanged vows with preacher and Columbia Pictures studio boss DeVon Franklin on Saturday night (16Jun12) at Triunfo Creek Winery in front of 400 guests.
Good tells People.com the wedding was an "enchanted and dreamy sunset ceremony", and gushes of her new husband, "DeVon makes me better, makes my life fuller, and completes my quality of life. He's truly on my team and I am truly on his. God revealed my heart to him like nobody else."
And the couple's wedding night was extra special - Good, who previously dated rapper Soulja Boy and American footballer Thomas Jones, took a personal vow of celibacy last year (11) and decided to save herself until she was a married woman.
The couple met on the set of Tyler Perry's comedy Jumping the Broom, which he produced, and became engaged in March (12).
The Stomp The Yard beauty, 30, accepted a proposal from Sony Pictures executive DeVon Franklin, a part-time preacher, last month (Mar12) in Los Angeles, a year after the couple met on the set of Tyler Perry's romantic comedy Jumping the Broom, which he produced.
The sexy star, who previously dated rapper Soulja Boy and American footballer Thomas Jones, is guaranteed to have an extra-special wedding night - Good took a personal vow of celibacy last year (11).
According to TMZ.com, religious Franklin practices Sabbath on Saturday, doesn’t eat pork and frowns upon alcohol.
Soulja Boy (DeAndre Cortez Way) was arrested early this morning for drug possession after the police found a "substantial amount" of marijuana, guns, and cash ($70,000) inside his car during a routine traffic stop in Georgia. The hip-hop star was a passenger in the rented Cadillac Escalade and was taken into custody shortly after police discovered the drugs and weapons. The authorities are are investigating whether any of the men had licenses to have any of the firearms, but sadly that seems to be the least of Soulja Boy's worries right now. According to the Sheriff's Office, the rapper was charged with marijuana possession and intent to distribute, so he could be looking to serve some real jail time in the near future. His past criminal record probably won't help matters either since this isn't the first time Soulja's had a problem with the law. In October 2009, he was arrested after cops caught him partying in an abandoned house. He was charged with one count of misdemeanor obstruction for running from the police.
In an odd coincidence (or the worst PR stunt in history), the artist's movie, Soulja Boy--The Move, was released today on DVD. The documentary examines the rapper's life along with his rise to fame and features interviews with his family and close friends. With any luck, he'll be able to use all the proceeds to make bail so he too can be "released." Although Hollywood stars tend to have slightly altered sentences when it comes to the law. Perhaps Lindsay Lohan can give him the name of her lawyer since she's doing a rather impressive job of continually bailing the actress out of trouble.

The Love Guru beauty, 30, admits she has found herself turning to Christianity more and more as she matures and she's given up sex until she's ready to settle down.
Good reveals she recently embarked on a new relationship following her split from American football player Thomas Jones last year (10), but she's in no rush to take the romance to the next level - and is leaving her love life in the hands of a higher power.
She tells Sister 2 Sister magazine, "I met someone special, but you know what? I'm so in love with God right now. I'm focused on being married to God... I'm celibate.
"The next guy I meet is (going to be my) husband and I already talked to God about that. I was like, 'Check this out Lord, I know what you want for me', and He really wants a man that has completely sold out for Christ for me, who can help me improve and be better than I am.
"So I know exactly what He wants for me and I don't know if I have already found it. It's quite possible that I may have, but I am so not in a rush for anything."
The sexy star previously dated rapper Soulja Boy.
Davis was convicted in 1991 of fatally shooting off-duty police officer Mark MacPhail, despite prosecutors failing to find a murder weapon or any physical evidence linking him to the crime.
His lawyers maintained their client is a victim of mistaken identity and celebrity supporters, including Davis' family friend Big Boi, hip-hop mogul Russell Simons and Salman Rushdie, all spoke out to urge authorities in Georgia to stop the execution, which was scheduled for 7pm local time on Wednesday night (21Sep11).
The execution was delayed following a string of last minute appeals, but after several hours of deliberations, Davis was put to death by lethal injection.
A witness to the execution revealed that Davis "went very quietly" and maintained his innocence to the bitter end, telling the MacPhail family "to dig deeper into this case to find out the truth".
A host of celebrities who have been following the case subsequently bombarded Twitter.com with complaints over the execution.
Farrow writes, "'To those who are about to take my life, may God have mercy on your souls. May God bless your souls'. - Troy Davis' last words... I love my country but tonight we can only be stunned, saddened, disgusted and deeply ashamed."
Baldwin adds, "For all you blood-thirsty right wing trash out there tonight. The point is he may have been innocent. Ya (sic) get it now? Every sensible American is appalled when (a) police officer is killed. But the attendant charges are grave. U (sic) don't want 2 (sic) kill an innocent man."
Other stars to weigh in on the debate include Soulja Boy, who writes, "RIP Troy Davis... that s**t crazy", while Simmons is pleading with those outraged with the decision to not retaliate in anger: "Although we're disheartened by decision of Supreme Court about Troy Davis, PLEASE do not react with any sort of violence".
Soulja Boy was arrested in the early morning of Oct. 18, 2011 in Temple, GA with four other men on charges of possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
