Biography

British-born comic actor Adam Campbell's first break came when he starred in the 2006 low-budget comedy "Making A Spoof" as an exaggerated version of acclaimed director Peter Jackson creating his big-budget remake of "King Kong. " That same year, he co-starred opposite Alyson Hannigan in the broad satire "Date Movie," a parody of romantic comedy cliches. He performed a similar role in the follow-up "Epic Movie," which co-starred his wife, Jayma Mays of "Glee" fame. Campbell's highest profile TV role came in the summer 2009 experimental series "Harper's Island," a combination murder mystery and reality competition in which viewers were asked to guess the identity of the murderer.
