Love is officially dead — and Brad Pitt is going to be a single guy again. Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt. It just goes to show, you never know what’s happening on the inside of a marriage. Didn’t the couple seem happy?
Apparently, Jolie filed for divorce after an argument about the kids. She’s asking for physical custody of all six children and for Pitt to have visitation rights. She doesn’t want Brad to have joint physical custody, only joint legal custody.
According to TMZ, Jolie was upset with Brad’s parenting methods and it sparked her to finally end it. There was no cheating and no third person. Her decision only had to do with Pitt’s parenting methods.
Jolie isn’t asking for spousal support. Girl definitely has her own money. She lists the separation date as Sept 15. 2016. The last time they were out in public together was in July during a birthday brunch in West Hollywood for twins Knox and Vivienne.
Jolie and Pitt wed in August 2014 but have been together since 2004.
