August Darnell brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Though known first for his music, Darnell also acted in "Against All Odds" (1984) with Rachel Ward and the Virginia Hey thrilling mystery "Pathos" (1988). In the nineties, Darnell's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the Laurence Fishburne crime feature "Boyz N The Hood" (1991), the comedy "Kiss Me Guido" (1997) with Nick Scotti and "54" (1998) with Ryan Phillippe. Darnell's music was most recently featured in the animated feature "Shaun the Sheep Movie" (2015) with Justine Fletcher.
