The sci-fi epic now boasts a total U.K. haul of $133.12 million (£83.2 million) after climbing back to the top spot for its eighth week at number one.
It was followed by new Disney movie The Princess And The Frog at second place with $2.72 million (£1.7 million).
Peter Jackson’s The Lovely Bones makes its debut at three with $2.56 million (£1.6 million), while last week’s (ends14Feb10) most popular movie, Valentine’s Day, slips to four with $2.4 million (£1.5 million).
