Barry Barnes was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his career. Barnes started his acting career landing roles in films, such as "Michael Collins" (1996) with Liam Neeson and the dramatic adaptation "Moll Flanders" (1996) with Robin Wright. He also was featured in the miniseries "The Hanging Gale" (1998-99). He had an early role on the television special "Painted Lady" (1997-98). He also landed a role in the miniseries "Titanic: Blood and Steel" (2012-13). He next focused his career on film, appearing in "Reign of Fire" (2002), the biopic drama "Veronica Guerin" (2003) with Cate Blanchett and the Samantha Morton thriller "The Daisy Chain" (2010). Barnes also acted in "Ordinary Decent Criminal."
