British actor Ben Caplan became a father for the second time last month (Nov14). The Call the Midwife star and his wife welcomed a baby girl and Caplan has felt guilty because he has been so busy performing in West End musical Sunny Afternoon since the birth.
He shared a picture of the newborn with her older brother on U.K. TV show Lorraine and said, “We were very lucky, we had a little girl about three weeks ago… She’s amazing. I feel a bit guilty because at the moment my wife is doing a lot of the feeding and… I came home from the show and went straight to bed because I was up early this morning, but I’m going to do the night shift tonight, so I’ll be on duty. But she’s absolutely gorgeous. What an amazing Christmas present.”
