Ben Foster dating Jack White’s ex Karen Elson – report

Actor Ben Foster has reportedly embarked on a new relationship with Jack White’s model ex, Karen Elson.
The Lone Survivor star split from his fiancee, 49-year-old actress Robin Wright, last year (15), and it appears he has since moved on with 37-year-old model Karen.
The rumoured new couple was photographed strolling arm-in-arm in New York City on Monday (29Feb16), and the pair appeared unfazed after being spotted by the paparazzi.
Representatives for Ben and Karen have yet to comment on the romance reports.
Ben, 35, proposed to his Rampart co-star Robin in December, 2013, after almost two years of dating. They split 11 months later, but soon reconciled, only to call it quits for good in 2015.
Meanwhile, Karen was previously married to rocker Jack White and they are parents to kids Scarlett and Henry Lee. They announced their amicable separation after six years of marriage in 2011, but decided to celebrate the time they had shared by throwing a ‘divorce party’ for friends and family in Nashville, Tennessee.
Their break-up was finalised in November, 2013, three months after Karen obtained a restraining order against Jack over allegations he targeted her with angry emails because he didn’t want their kids attending the same school as rival rocker Dan Auerbach’s daughter, Sadie.
Prior to the divorce drama, Karen opened up about her struggle to find love again as potential suitors are often put off by her friendship with her former partner.
“You have a responsibility to your children,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “It’s not like splitting up with a boyfriend in your twenties. You are breaking up with a whole life. It’s not an easy process. But you’ve got to be friends, there is no choice. I am the product of a divorced family so I felt a responsibility to make that happen…
“Jack is always going to be in my life and I in his. But, of course, being close can create problems for others. It’s not particularly easy for the new people who want to go out with us to know that we are still good friends.”
