The countdown to the Emmys has officially begun. On Sunday, Sept. 22 Neil Patrick Harris will host the 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards on CBS. As one of the biggest award ceremonies of the year, celebs hit the red carpert decked out in gorgeous gowns and designer duds.
