Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are set to make a whopping profit on the Beverly Hills mansion they called home after finally agreeing deal with a buyer
The now parted couple originally bought the Wallace Neff-designed estate for $13.5 million in 2001, renovated it and put it up for sale–at $28 million–late last year.
The price has since been reduced, and now, according to entertainment news website TMZ.com, the mansion is in escrow for $22.5 million.
