Moviemaker Brian De Palma is writing a new film loosely based on the Harvey Weinstein scandal.
The Scarface director tells LeParisien his project won’t feature a character named Harvey, but fans will be able to identify him.
“I’m writing a movie about this scandal, and I’m in talks right now with a French producer,” he says.
“It will be a horror movie, with a sexual predator, and it will be (set) in the movie industry.”
Disgraced producer Weinstein has been indicted on several sex crime charges following multiple reports he assaulted and harassed women.
