Maria Jimenez filed suit against the Bryants in March, 2009, alleging she was verbally abused by the sportsman’s wife throughout her employment.
She claimed Vanessa constantly “badgered, harassed and humiliated” her by “yelling and screaming” at her in front of other people in their household. Jimenez sued the couple for wrongful dismissal, invasion of privacy, emotional distress and unpaid wages.
The Bryants denied the accusations and filed a countersuit, in which their lawyers dismissed Jimenez’s case.
The two parties reached a settlement in April (10) and the court documents were sealed – until now.
According to TMZ.com, the Bryants agreed to pay Jimenez the six-figure sum on the condition she refrain from discussing the disagreements she had with the couple.
