Carlos PenaVega and wife Alexa expecting a son

Carlos PenaVega and his actress wife Alexa PenaVega are expecting a baby boy.
The couple broke their happy pregnancy news in June (16), after singer and actor Carlos admitted they were struggling to conceive. And on Sunday (21Aug16), Machete Kills star Alexa took to her Instagram page to share a snap of their tot’s ultrasound, while also revealing the sex and moniker the pair has chosen.
“Ocean King PenaVega, We can’t wait to meet this little Blessing. #BabyPenaVega #MyLilMan,” Alexa captioned the picture.
Alexa later elaborated about the reasons she and Carlos opted for the unusual name for their unborn son.
“(For those asking about our name choice… 🙂 -God called the dry ground ‘land’ and the water the ‘seas’,” Alexa added. “And God saw that it was good.- That is why we went with Ocean. And he is a son of the one true ‘King’. For us it has a beautiful biblical meaning.”
Carlos and Alexa wed in January, 2014, and in January (16), the Big Time Rush star opened up about the pair’s desire to become parents.
“I would love to get a mini PenaVega out, but it’s a lot harder than I thought,” he told U.S. news show Entertainment Tonight. “It’s not easy. I’ll just say, when it happens it happens.”
