Biography

Cedric Scott made an exciting career for himself as both a football star and entertainer. Scott had an early acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the Sidney Poitier comedy "Let's Do It Again" (1975) and the Keith Carradine comedy "Welcome to L.A." (1976). He also appeared in the TV movie "Fantasy Island" (ABC, 1976-77). In the seventies and the early 2000s, Scott devoted his time to various credits, such as "A Wedding" (1978), "Jaws: The Revenge" (1987) and "Ghost Dad" (1990) starring Bill Cosby. He also worked on "To Sir With Love II" (CBS, 1995-96), "Mandela and de Klerk" (Showtime, 1996-97) and "Free of Eden" (Showtime, 1998-99). Most recently, Scott acted on "Castle" (ABC, 2008-).
