China Kantner became an actress when she was just 17 years old. Kantner began her acting career with roles in sitcoms like "Murphy Brown" (CBS, 1988-1998), "Home Improvement" (ABC, 1991-99) and "Grace Under Fire" (ABC, 1993-98). She also appeared in "Monty" (Fox, 1993-94). She next focused her entertainment career on film, appearing in "Airheads" (1994) and the Michael Kopelow comedy "The Stoned Age" (1994). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "L.A. Firefighters" (Fox, 1995-96). In her more recent career, she tackled roles in the Stephen Dorff dramatic adaptation "S.F.W." (1995) and "Grace of My Heart" (1996) starring Illeana Douglas. She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "New York Daze" (Fox, 1995-96).
