Country singer Chris Cagle is facing a count of driving while intoxicated (DWI) after a weekend (14-15Dec13) arrest in Texas. The I Breathe In, I Breathe Out star, 45, was pulled over by police in Greenville in the early hours of Sunday (15Dec13) after failing to stop at a red light.
He was taken into custody and booked for the charge at Hunt County Jail, before being released.
