A U.S. judge has awarded High School Musical star Chris Warren, Jr. over $330,000 (£212,903) in a bitter legal battle with his parents after he accused them of accessing money from his trust fund. Warren, 23, sued his mother, Passions star Brook Kerr, and father, Christopher Warren, Sr., earlier this year (13) alleging they were dipping into the money they put aside for the actor in 2001 when he was a minor.
Neither Kerr nor Warren, Sr. responded to the lawsuit, so the U.S. judge sided with the young star and ordered his parents to hand over $337,186.68 (£217,539), according to TMZ.com.
