David Hasselhoff has stirred up a new legal battle with his ex-wife after filing new court papers accusing her of being “intoxicated or on drugs” at their daughter’s 16th birthday party.
The Baywatch star fought a bitter divorce battle with Pamela Bach earlier this year. He called paramedics to the family home last month after fearing his daughter had attempted suicide.
And the actor isn’t about to stop there as he attempts to further discredit his ex in new documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
In the papers, obtained by Web site TMZ.com, Hasselhoff also claims Bach “often wrongly accused me of having affairs in the presence of our children.”
He writes, “This was especially true with respect to our daughter’s former nanny, Becky.
“The respondent (Bach) unfairly harbors an irrational obsession and jealous rage toward our nanny, and persists in accusing her of wanting to replace (Bach) as my wife and (Bach) as the mother of our two children.”
But perhaps the most damning new development comes in the form of a laboratory report submitted to the court, which concludes Bach tested positive for cocaine.
