Biography

Actor Dayo Ade was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. During the early stages of his acting career, Dayo Ade worked in films like the drama "Rude" (1996) with Maurice Dean Wint. He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "School's Out! The Degrassi Feature" (1993-94), "Color of Justice" (Showtime, 1997-98) and "My Own Country" (Showtime, 1997-98). He continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "First Monday" (CBS, 2001-02), "The Shield" (FX, 2001-09) and "Boomtown" (NBC, 2002-04). He also appeared in "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-). More recently, he tackled roles on "Bones" (2005-), "The Bill Engvall Show" (TBS, 2006-09) and "Castle" (ABC, 2008-). He also appeared in "NCIS: Los Angeles" (CBS, 2009-) and "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." (ABC, 2013-). Most recently, Dayo Ade appeared in "The Book Of Negroes" (2014-15).
