Actress Deborah Wakeham was known for her roles on the silver screen. Wakeham began her acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the crime feature "A Man, a Woman and a Bank" (1979) with Donald Sutherland, "Middle Age Crazy" (1980) and the drama "Covergirl" (1984) with Jeff Conaway. She additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Long Time Gone" (1985-86) and "Northstar" (1985-86). Her film career continued throughout the eighties in productions like the Frank Annese crime flick "House of the Rising Sun" (1987) and the Tom Berenger sports comedy "Major League" (1989). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Secret Witness" (1988-89). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Quantum Leap" (1988-1993). More recently, she tackled roles in "Needful Things" (1993) with Max von Sydow, "Starlight" (1996) and the Tobey Maguire blockbuster action picture "Spider-Man" (2002). She held additional roles in television including a part on "Jake 2.0" (2003-04). Wakeham also acted in "Danger Bay."
