Professional athlete Dennis Shaw does not just make plays on the football field. He also found a career in the entertainment business. Shaw began his career with roles in the Victor Mature action film "The Bandit of Zhobe" (1959) and the horror film "The Man Who Could Cheat Death" (1959) with Anton Diffring. Shaw then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in the horror feature "The Mummy" (1959) with Peter Cushing, "The Misfits" (1961) and the James Mason dramatic adaptation "The Deadly Affair" (1967). Later in his career, Shaw worked on "Under the Volcano" (1984).
