Derek Ware worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Ware kickstarted his acting career in various films such as the Jennifer Jones drama "The Idol" (1966), the Julie Christie dramatic adaptation "Far From the Madding Crowd" (1967) and the adaptation "Conqueror Worm" (1968) with Vincent Price. His film career continued throughout the sixties and the eighties in productions like the crime flick "The Italian Job" (1969) with Michael Caine, the Ben Buckton drama "The Battle of Billy's Pond" (1976) and the crime picture "Give Us Tomorrow" (1979) with Sylvia Syms. Ware continued to exercise his talent in the eighties and the nineties, taking on a mix of projects like "The Return of Sherlock Holmes, Series II" (PBS, 1988-89), "Willow" (1988) starring Val Kilmer and "Revenge of Billy the Kid" with Michael Balfour (1991). Ware more recently worked on the Kevin Costner box office smash action movie "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" (1991).
