Diane McBain was an actress with a strong presence in film throughout her Hollywood career. McBain's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as "Ice Palace" (1960) with Richard Burton, "Claudelle Inglish" (1961) and the Troy Donahue dramatic adaptation "Parrish" (1961). She also appeared in the Robert Stack dramatic adaptation "The Caretakers" (1963), the Debbie Reynolds comedic adaptation "Mary, Mary" (1963) and the Troy Donahue adaptation "A Distant Trumpet" (1964). Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like the drama "The Karate Killers" (1967) with Robert Vaughn, the sports drama "Thunder Alley" (1967) with Annette Funicello and "Maryjane" (1968). She also appeared in the comedy "I Sailed to Tahiti With an All Girl Crew" (1969) with Gardner McKay. In the nineties through the early 2000s, McBain lent her talents to projects like "The Streets of Beverly Hills" (ABC, 1991-92), "The Broken Hearts Club" (2000) starring Zach Braff and "How to Deal" with Mandy Moore (2003). Her credits also expanded to "Against the Ropes" (2004). McBain most recently acted in "The Side Hackers" (2010).
