Diane Mizota was widely known for her acting on the big screen. Early on, Mizota landed roles in comedic films like "Out to Sea" (1997) with Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau, the Brendan Fraser hit "George of the Jungle" (1997) and the Mark Wahlberg film "Boogie Nights" (1997). She also appeared in "Boys and Girls" (2000) with Freddie Prinze Jr. and Claire Forlani and the Mike Myers hit "Austin Powers in Goldmember" (2002). She continued to work steadily in film throughout the early 2000s, appearing in the action flick "Impostor" (2002) with Gary Sinise and the dramatic adaptation "Memoirs of a Geisha" (2005) with Zhang Ziyi. In her more recent career, she tackled roles on "Castle" (ABC, 2008-) and "Scandal" (ABC, 2011-). Most recently, Mizota acted on "True Detective" (HBO, 2013-15).
