The Crocodile Dundee II star has turned to his attorneys after a woman known only as “Melissa” tried to sell the shots to women’s magazines Down Under, demanding $87,600 (£58,400) for the snaps.
Dingo is said to be in the shower in the photographs, which were allegedly turned down by publication editors because they are too “graphic” to be printed, reports the Herald Sun.
A spokesperson for Dingo, who has been married to partner Sally since 1989, says the matter is now in the “hands of the lawyers”.
