Dizzy Reed & Chris Pitman suggest they’re on board for Guns N’ Roses Coachella gigs

Keyboard players Dizzy Reed and Chris Pitman appear to have confirmed they’ll be part of the Guns N’ Roses classic line-up reunion at the Coachella festival in April (16).
It’s still not clear who will take the stage at the two-weekend California event alongside frontman Axl Rose, Slash and bassist Duff McKagan, but Reed and Pitman certainly aren’t denying rumours they’ll be part of the band.
Both have appeared onstage with Axl in one of the many incarnations of Guns N’ Roses following the singer’s split from guitarist Slash in the mid-1990s.
Reed’s involvement was suggested via tweets from his ex-wife Lisa, who shared her daughter’s excitement that dad would be performing the same day as her favourite singer Halsey, while Pitman posted a live shot from a Guns N’ Roses concert with the caption “gonna b a fun time 2016”, which suggests he’ll be involved.
Axl Rose was expected to announced details and dates of the 2016 Guns N’ Roses reunion during an interview with U.S. chat show host Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday (05Jan16), but he scrapped the appearance on Monday (04Jan16).
Reports suggest Axl, Slash and McKagan and the new-millennium Guns N’ Roses will perform two shows at Coachella before embarking on a 25-date North American stadium tour.
