Biography

Originally a dancer, Dorian Brown emerged from a series of small roles in film and TV shows to take the lead in the series "Roommates" (ABC Family, 2009). However, the show was short-lived, lasting only a season. By her own account, Brown was ready to leave Los Angeles altogether after a bad pilot season when she received the script for the comedy "Wilfred" (FX, 2011- ), and subsequently landed a part as Kristen, the unpleasant, hypercritical sister of Ryan (Elijah Wood). In addition to regular appearances on the show, Brown also landed her first major film role as a little league coach in "Home Run" (2013), thus adding further credence to her status as a leading film and TV actor to watch.
