Biography

American screenwriter Doris Malloy was active from 1927 until 1943. On both sides of the talkie revolution, Malloy was steadily employed at Universal, working on projects both memorable (Remember Last Night) and obscure (Mr. Dynamite). After 1936, she free-lanced at Fox, Columbia and elsewhere. Doris Malloy's last credit was the offbeat "home front" comedy My Son the Hero (1943).
