Biography

Drew Waters is a character actor working in film and television. Prior to launching his screen acting career in 2005, Waters served stateside duty in the Navy, followed by a very successful run working as a model (fashion photographer Bruce Weber himself encouraged Waters to pursue acting). Waters' earliest recurring role was co-starring opposite "The Wonder Years" alum Danica McKellar in the TV mystery "Inspector Mom," followed in 2008 by the far higher profile recurring role of coach Wade Aikmen on the celebrated NBC football drama "Friday Night Lights." Waters' film roles have tended toward bit characters in smaller films, though he did have a significant supporting part in the 2012 family drama, "Cowgirls n' Angels."
